Relax on the balcony of this 2-story oceanfront condo while soaking in the sunrise with your morning coffee - the unobstructed beach views don't get any better than this!

The first floor consists of an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything you need to make mealtime a breeze. Sit at the round-glass dining table which features comfortable chairs for 5, for meals with a view or maybe work on a puzzle or play a game with family and friends. The living room with its comfortable brown leather couch and sleep-inducing electric Lazy-Boy chair is the perfect place to gather at the end of the day. If you can tear your gaze away from the waves breaking on the beach, there is cable tv, with plenty of channels to choose from, along with apps for all the streaming platforms. Also located downstairs is a half bath, convenient when company is over and/or for limiting the need to go upstairs.

There is a small storage area under the stairs that has beach chairs, umbrella, toys for the kids and a cart to carry everything down to the beach.

On the second floor you'll find the master and guest bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom shares the same oceanfront view as the living room with sliding glass doors and a small balcony. For your comfort there are 2 twin Tempur-Pedic adjustable beds with Pure Cool Max soft tops. They are attached together to form one king bed, but each twin bed can be adjusted to an individual's preference. There is a lot of closet and drawer space to store all the clothes you'll need in your home away from home. The master bath has a combination tub and shower with a curved shower rod and plenty of room for shampoos, soap and body wash. There is a medicine cabinet with additional storage space.

The guest bedroom has 2 twins which can also be joined together to form a king. The guest room bath has a beautiful, tiled shower which evokes the dreams of mermaids.

The condos common areas include direct beach access just a few steps away from the condo (and yes, there are elevators), 2 pools, one which is heated during the winter months, gas grills and shuffleboard courts.
