Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration
Thank you for considering a stay with us.
Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 10th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.

Our one bedroom oceanview condo is conveniently located poolside on the ground floor of Hacienda del Sol II on New Smyrna Beach. The living room area has a new 37' LCD HDTV and free Wi Fi connection available. From the patio you can relax and look out over the large heated pool and enjoy a view of the ocean at the same time.

You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a 32" HDTV, and a large walk-in closet. There is a queen sleeper in the living room.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.

Great Stay

Excellent location. Exactly what we expected for the price. The only problem was that the electronic lock didn’t function properly and wasn’t repaired during our stay. Manager provided us with a key immediately but it was n’t convenient safeguarding a key at the pool and beach. Great communication from Cate. Unit was nice & clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. We already reserved for next year!

Relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda del Soll II. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We also loved the location, walk out on the back patio and you have the pool, shuffle board, and view of the ocean. We will definitely come back next year!

Comfortable, quiet, very convenient

We enjoyed our unit which was on the first floor with a view of both the pool and the ocean from the patio. Accommodations were clean and offered convenience and comfort, as well as fully equipped. We really liked stepping off the patio and almost immediately being at either the pool or the beach. The area in general had activity from the residents yet was acceptably quiet and not overcrowded, and the beach very clean and enjoyable. Check-in and check-out was very efficient. The immediate area on A1A was not a high traffic roadway but yet only a reasonable distance to many nice restaurants and shops near highway 44 located near both the north and south causeways. New Smyrna Beach was a very pleasurable area for our stay without excessive congestion and also provided access to the St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center areas for day trips.
