"Dated hotel and rooms. Grab and Go breakfast was meager. Staff were friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate...and there were not many guests in the facility. Due to limited options for hotels in the area, would likely use again. Another hotel in town was double the cost."

"This is a quaint inn under new ownership. The staff was eager for us to have a great experience and we did! We were warmly greeted and any special requests we had were easily taken care of. Our evening was topped off by an excellent dinner of filet mignon in the attractive, cozy dining room/bar."

"We were there just before summer season started. So the pool and grounds weren't quite ready. But the room was neat and clean. The staff busy, but helpful. We would definitely return. It was a perfect spot for high peakers!"

"The bathroom sink drain was stuck. Not much soap, air conditioning was intermittent, shelf in the bathroom was gone. Building was in need of repair. We stayed here in 2022 and thought it was a nice place, it has gone down hill. Don't know if we will stay here again."

"The staff was amazing, thank you Trayan for the support at the lake and all the front desk staff. The view does not take the breath away but makes you breathe in life and happiness. The indoor pool hot tub and sauna was a great escape from the rain."

"Beautiful view! The outdoor fireplace facing that view is outstanding. The maintenance person, brought us over a bucket of firewood! Rooms, are very clean- and the food is great!"

"Alexandra and Anthonie were both super nice and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a rundown of nearby restaurants to go and have dinner. Then showed us to our room and amenities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy, wifi was fast there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The area around the Inn is very cute, my girlfriend and i went for a walk in the nearby park in the morning and visited the Inn bookstore (we ended up buying 5 books lol). My only complaint is since our window...

"The location was perfect! Close to all the attractions but a nice quiet location. Loved being by able to walk to the Whiteface Ski Resort. The view from the room was stunning. Our room could use a little updating but for the price it couldn’t be beat! The owners are wonderful! Always available and very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and we felt very comfortable there! We will definitely go back."

"If you are looking for an inexpensive roof over your head and not much else, this is the place. Overall property is very dated 1970's - 80's and worn down. Lots of peeling paint and rust. The room was dimmly lit and the bed was just ok. The water was hot but didnt stay the same temperature, it would go slightly up or down in temperature while you were showering. The worst part was the drain did not drain very fast. So if you take any longer than 5 minutes in the shower you were ankle...
