"In overall everything was okay, the hotel located in a very busy area, next to penn station and madison sq garden, so getting there and from there is pretty easy, no matter if you come from JFK or EWR. I don't know if other floors are remodeled, but my floor (33rd) felt very old, but maintained. ..."

"Great hotel and staff. Very cool decor and the rooftop bar has a great view. Service at the bar was not so great. The only issue I had was the filtered water machines on every floor. The one on our floor did not work so we had to go to another floor. Also they were not designed to fill bottles. Even ..."
