Perfect new orleans vibe! The view of the river is beautiful! The property is in the middle of all the local fun and good food spots! I would definitely book this property for our future trips.

Enjoyed the stay! Quaint and warm and fits the NOLA vibe. Close to the river and loved walking to the levy to enjoy a cup a coffee in the morning. Quiet and away from the night life but close to everywhere I wanted to see. Will stay again! Thank you!

Authentic New Orleans feel all around inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood for early mornings and evenings sitting on the porch. Great coffee and kitchen had everything I needed. Great shower with plenty of hot water and I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Will definitely stay again if and when I return to New Orleans!

Beautiful stay! Very clean. Wonderful host. The exact New Orleans experience we wanted. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The walk up the hill to the river was awesome! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Best stay ever!!!!

This is such a charming place to stay! It's cozy and spacious. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler. It is right by the river and surrounded by beautiful nature. It feels like you're out in the country, but you're still just minutes from everything happening in the Bywater and Arts District and within 20 minutes of Downtown. The only thing that brought down the experience were the presence of cobwebs and a few creepy and large critters/flying cockroaches, which are to be expected when one is so close to the outdoors and there had been a lot of rain, but given that fact, I expected to find bug spray or something to combat that. Otherwise, Patricia was really accommodating and responsive and I had all the essentials I needed for a lovely stay.

Cute duplex next to the Mississippi River. The cat in the adjacent apartment was a pleasant and friendly surprise. Easy walk over the bridge into the great Bywater neighborhood.

This place is well kept and amazing. If you do the city tour you will have a better appreciation for this place. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Our Favorite New Orleans Location

This is our 2nd time staying at this location that’s perfectly settled next to the Mississippi River. Conveniently located close to everything exciting, we look forward to our next visit.
