Wonderful Home in an excellent Location with the best host

Loved our stay! Famous Pizza place and bistro downstairs which was cool! Location was awesome and felt very safe! The home was perfect for our group! The host was extremely nice and communicative! Would love to stay here again!

This was my 4th trip to NOLA, a first with family, contrasting with previous business visits. After careful consideration, we chose this rental, which exceeded the expectations set by its listing. Upon arrival, the welcoming & comfortable ambiance struck us, making it feel instantly like a second home. The rental is spacious, clean, & well-decorated, combining aesthetics with comfort. It felt like staying in an attractive high-end condo, with ample living space, a well-equipped kitchen, & sizable bedrooms and bathrooms. Its location is ideal, offering easy access to New Orleans' main attractions. The neighborhood is full of great dining options & is conveniently close to the FQ & Warehouse District, with a streetcar to the Garden District & essential stores nearby (if you forget anything or need supplies, its a quick walk down the block). One evening, we enjoyed a relaxing dinner at the bistro downstairs, a testament to the convenience and charm of our location. Also, with so many great restaurants around, the kitchen came in very handy for bringing home leftovers - which we did for a few nights. Brittanie, our host, was attentive, enhancing our stay with her hospitality & local tips. I’ve stayed in the hotel chains here & also in classics in the FQ such as the Monteleone. Compared to previous accommodations, this rental stood out for its quiet yet central location, offering a comfortable & convenient base for exploring the city & away from the noise and crowds of the FQ.

Weekend visit to New Orleans

Nice location in the warehouse district walkable to French quarter but nice and quiet to return to. Also Warehouse district has some nice restaurants. Place was very clean comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Only oddity was little natural light but not an issue with all the time visiting NOLA

Birthday week

We took our daughter to Mardi Gras for her 21’st birthday. The house was amazing. The location was perfect to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The host was super responsive and answered any questions we had. We had the most wonderful week. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed to cook and clean while there. There was even makeup wipes and towels, extra tooth brush’s and travel toothpaste and mouth wash. This came in handy when my daughter dropped her toothbrush on the floor. Over all we would decently stay here again or another one of their properties.

Felt like Home away from home!

My family Had an awesome time at this beautifully appointed condo. It was the perfect location for the family to gather before heading out to dinner engagements and football! I LOVE this location because I LOVE ROUSES grocery store which is VERY conveniently located. Cross the street and BAM! Best grocery store around with really solid options. I wish I could keep this place for just me when Simon town, that’s how much Inloved it! Thank you for sharing this gem!

Fun in NOLA

We very much enjoyed everything about this condo. It is a new condo in the warehouse district of New Orleans. It was exactly as portrayed with a great kitchen, living room, and nicely appointed bedrooms. We found the location to be very convenient, safe, close to the streetcar line, easy access to the French Quarter, several nice restaurants in the area. Our host was very responsive to our needs. We would stay there again if we returned to New Orleans.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and easy 15-20 minute walk into the French Quarter. The vrbo is nicely decorated. Great to have the Baronne Cafe/Bar next door. Our host Brittanie was excellent to communicate with from the beginning of the booking process until we departed. We highly recommend!!

Blues Festival

I highly recommend this condo. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The owners were so easy to work with and very accommodating. Will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in New Orleans.

First time New Orleans

Due to a friend's advice we choosed to stay in an apartment not located in the French Quarter. For us it was the best decision. The apartment is a very clean, amazingly decorated and very well-equipped place to stay. A grocery store, a pharmacy and a couple of nice restaurants and bars in the neighborhood offer great breakfast and drinks. The way to the French Quarter is just a 20-minute walk. In addition, there are the streetcars around the corner to get to other places around the city. The communication with Britannie was awesome and she provided us with a lot of recommendations. Thanks for the possibility to stay at that lovely place. For the future: If we will do another trip to New Orleans, we would stay there again. Silke and family

Fantastic Condo

My husband, son, and I stayed in this lovely condo while visiting New Orleans to attend our older son's graduation from Tulane Law School. Brittanie could not have been a better host. The condo was amazing and located in an area that was easy to get around the city. Brittanie and her husband sent us all the information we needed for parking and places to visit around New Orleans. We will stay here on our next visit!

Great location in a great part of New Orleans

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous. Easy access to downtown and the French Quarter - a block from the streetcar on St. Charles and Carondelet Street. Lots of excellent restaurants and markets in the neighborhood.The unit was spotless and well equipped and communication with the owner was excellent. We highly recommend.

Brittanie & Gerard Condo is Amazing it's more than the pictures can do. Great Location easy to walk to the French Quarter, Convention Center and Super Dome. Easy ride share pick up and a short walk to the street car. The convenience of a grocery store and cvs a short 1/2 block away. Restaurants: so many in walking distance We Really Enjoyed our stay and will rebook with Brittanie again. She texted me multi times during our trip to see how everything was going and if we needed anything. Having water and a charcuterie board was a Nice after a long day of travel.
