Algiers Point is the second oldest neighborhood in New Orleans. It is situated right across the Mississippi River from the French Quarter. The Point is a historic tight-knit community. The unique neighborhood has a beach town vibe (minus the beach). There are wonderful restaurants, cafes and bars walking distance from the studio.

Natural light fills this ground-floor studio, highlighting a blend of classic New Orleans charm and modern comfort. The inviting open layout creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after exploring the city or enjoying a quiet evening in. Located in the heart of Algiers Point, you’re surrounded by tree-lined streets, historic architecture, and a welcoming neighborhood vibe.

Sleeping arrangements
The studio features a plush king bed dressed in luxe linens, ensuring restful nights. Room-darkening shades and extra pillows and blankets are provided for added comfort. The open layout seamlessly connects the sleeping area to the living and dining spaces, making the most of the studio’s cozy footprint.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, hot water kettle, and all the cooking basics you need. Enjoy meals at the dining table or prepare snacks before heading out to nearby cafés or the French Quarter. Wine glasses, baking sheets, and a selection of coffee are included for your convenience.

Living area & entertainment
Relax in the living area with a 65″ Smart TV offering HBO Max, YouTube TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. A record player with a curated vinyl crate and a selection of books provide unique entertainment options. Fast internet and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or work remotely.

Bathroom & essentials
The private bathroom features a stand-up shower, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Essentials like a hair dryer, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are also provided.

Neighborhood
Step outside and stroll to local cafés, Barracuda tacos, and scenic Mississippi River views. The $2 ferry to the French Quarter is just a short walk away, offering quick access to Bourbon Street, Frenchmen jazz clubs, and Mardi Gras festivities. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.

Additional features
Pet-friendly for your furry companions. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy. The home is single level and equipped with central air conditioning, heating, ceiling fan, washer, and security features including exterior cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Luggage dropoff and long-term stays are welcome.
