The streetcar is steps away, to take you further uptown to Audubon Park, or downtown through the Garden District to the French Quarter. There are restaurants, a grocery store, coffee shops, and bars within a couple blocks, and miles of shopping on Magazine Street 5 blocks away. This listing is for the downstairs unit, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Nice spot for two couples

As advertised. Great location: plenty to do in walking distance, very close to a grocery store, and easy to hop on the street car or bus to other parts of town. Comfortable bedrooms, large bathroom with washer/dryer. Everything was clean and well maintained. Received prompt responses to any communication.

Great location

A great place to stay in New Orleans. The location was easy to get around with lots of walkable restaurants and bars. We were there for Tulane family weekend. The beds were comfortable and the place had everything we needed.

I love this space! It's the perfect size, great kitchy decor, comfortable beds, and the location couldn't be any better. The host is always very quick with a response, which is rarely needed. And the A/C works beautifully!!

Great location!

Our stay was wonderful. Great location. So close to the street car and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The home was clean with comfortable beds and a great shower: washer and dryer was a plus. Jessica responded quickly to all my questions. Great house! We will be back.

Great spot

Our stay was great! Location was perfect, just a block off St. Charles Ave. and near the Garden District. Street parking was always available right in front of the property. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. We would stay at this property again.

Such a great location!

Three of us stayed at his property and were impressed by the pleasant vibe, the convenient location and the amenities. Plenty of towels and hot water, comfortable beds, fall kitchen, all updated. Safe and secure. Just a short walk to the St. Charles streetcar, so you can easily nip in to the French Quarter; or just stay in the Garden District. You can walk around to see the finest homes. There's a bistro half a block away, and a grocery store just down the block. We loved it!

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was clean, comfortable, functional, and about a block from both a streetcar stop and a grocery store. The back bedroom was quiet, although from the living room you could hear some street noises. We were able to park on the street in front of the house most of the time; the farthest away we had to park was halfway down the block. It was an excellent base for touring New Orleans.

We liked this house so much from our visit last year, we re-booked it for this year and it didn't disappoint. This is a charming place, in a charming neighborhood, within walking distance of the trolley, a very fine grocery store and Magazine Street. It is peaceful, secure and easy. We can't wait to return next year during our annual visit.

A perfectly placed gem!

This house is perfect. It is clean, everything is in working order, the bed is comfortable, the location is the bomb, the sheets and blankets are cozy, the lighting in great in the house especially in the bath. And Jessica was an absolute dream has a host. She was responsive, dependable and easy. This house, this host are a winning combination.

fantastic location and great property

We had such an amazing time and are so thankful to have found such a gem of a property in a very wonderful location. The rental was perfect in size, layout and comfort. We had everything we needed; I cannot think of a single detail that was overlooked. Super wary check in and out. And what a perfect location. We loved exploring this part of New Orleans with such great food and music venues. Cannot day enough about our great experience. Very professional hosts who were available if needed but allowed us our privacy. I will be booking this spot on our next trip.
