My family and I had a great time in New Orleans. The owners gave us great recommendations of places to eat and activities close by. We took the trolley or just walked through city to French Quarter. Never had any problems with anyone. We had an issue with TV while there and the owners were quick to respond. One downside was on Friday and Saturday party trucks were driving by blaring music. Entire family slept through it but woke me up. Ear plugs or headphones maybe needed.

Great communication pre check in and lots of local insight given. Some light snacks, dish soap, shower items were provided. Host always responded to questions prebooking and fast response during the stay. The home has an updated feel while holding onto it's history. TV is a smart TV so you may log into your streaming accounts if you wish. A note: The larger kitchen with the gas range and full size refrigerator is a shared common space with the other half of the rental. There is a kitchenette with 2 mini fridge, mini freezer, microwave, hot plates and washer and dryer in the private space. Back yard and deck are also shared. Only complaints.1. Upstairs bathroom sink had absolutely no pressure to the point almost no water flow.2. 3 of the 4 bed mattresses were so soft that you would roll into a crevice in the middle and sink. There is soft/plush and then there is whatever that was.

My friends and I just checked out and we loved our time here. The house was spacious while still being intimate, but allowed each of us our own bedroom. Having multiple bathrooms was such a plus. But even if none of that was true (which to be clear: it is!) the location quite simply cannot be beat. A streetcar stop is just steps outside the door, and the amenities on Frenchman Street are just a couple minute walk. We would most definitely stay here again.

Fantastic place! My husband, 18 year old son and two grandmas came down for our son’s college graduation. Everything was clean and it was so spacious. We loved the decor - It really added to the experience! Fun 4 days in New Orleans! Location was convenient and we felt safe (but you should always be careful at night anywhere.

Amazing location, wonderful hosts

We were four friends having a reunion and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this 4 bedroom duplex apartment (one of two units in a stand alone house) for three nights. Key highlights: 1) It is just off Frenchmen street and all the jazz venues on this street are about 6 blocks away (5-10 min walk).2) One dining room area on ground floor and a living/TV room upstairs3) A backyard and two balconies4) A RTA tram right in front of the apartment that you can take to get around NOLA5) A 10, 5 min Uber ride to French quarterThe hosts are friendly, hospitable and responsive! 5 stars.

Prime Location

Great location for a long weekend trip!

We enjoyed a long weekend stay with a small group of friends. Great location, easy walk to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter, while being far enough away from the bars to enjoy peace & quiet at night. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the place was spacious.

This property was in a perfect be location for our weekend trip. We were able to walk to a lot of places and the trolley stop was also very convenient. The hosts were amazing and communicated with us prior to our arrival and also checked in during our stay to ensure all was well.

Fantastic spot

This was a great spot for us to stay! The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes walk to the bars and restaurants on Frenchman street, and less than 15 minutes to Bourbon St. The property was in great shape and we had more than enough space. The only minor negative would be the very thin walls, but besides that everything else was perfect. Our hosts gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do, and all check in instructions were concise and easy to understand. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to NOLA.

Birthday weekend

This was a wonderful stay. The facility was cute with a lot of charm and nicely appointed. So location was within walking distance from everything that we were intending to do. The street car is directly across the street was a bonus and helped us get everywhere in the city that we wanted to be. The host was very communicative. Gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. They kept in contact with us and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this VRBO. There is a full kitchen that is joined with the neighboring VRBO unit however, we rarely saw the other guest and never had any trouble using any of the communal facilities or visiting the back courtyard! I would definitely stay again. My only recommendation would be to bring your own coffee pods. We were hoping for some good French roast and should’ve brought some with us.

We stayed at this property on a trip to NOLA to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. The hosts were fantastic, responsive and very accommodating, even working with us for an early check-in. The property was just as described and a wonderful space right off Frenchman Street. Would definitely stay here again!
