    La casa ofrece 3 dormitorios con un total de 10 camas (en la planta baja con una cama queen, arriba con una cama queen, arriba con una cama queen, arriba con una litera doble con nido doble, arriba con una cama queen) con una reina sofá cama de tamaño y 1 cama tamaño queen y 1 cama doble que se puede configurar a la llegada. ¡Díganos si los necesitará! Todas las camas tienen ropa de cama de alta calidad y mantas y almohadas adicionales disponibles en los armarios.

    Los espacios comunes están diseñados cuidadosamente para que los grupos se unan. Tenemos una gran sala de estar de concepto abierto que cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada con una isla / barra de desayuno, mesa de comedor para 6 personas y muchos asientos en la sala de estar.

    Además de nuestro espacio interior, nuestra área de entretenimiento al aire libre es perfecta para relajarse después de un largo día en Nueva Orleans y de pie. Hay un montón de asientos, así como un pozo de fuego, parrilla de gas, TV, bar y área para entretener.

    Otras características incluyen lavandería (lavadora, secadora, detergente, hojas para la secadora, refuerzos de aroma, tabla de planchar y combinación de vapor / plancha, Smart TV, wifi y aire acondicionado central).

    Directv con el canal NFL SUNDAY TICKET. Esto está disponible en la gran sala, cocina al aire libre y 2 dormitorios.

    También tenemos un camino de entrada para acomodar al menos un automóvil, tal vez 2 dependiendo del tamaño y mucho espacio de estacionamiento en la calle. No le recomendamos que bloquee la acera, ya que lo multarán por eso. Además, estacione de la manera correcta en lados específicos porque están en plena vigencia para multar a las personas.

    5-10 minutos Uber / Lyft paseo a todo! A 2 cuadras de la calle Canal. ¡A 1 cuadra de la Vía Verde Lafitte, que es el nuevo carril bici que va desde Mid City hasta el Barrio Francés!

The house was beautiful with gorgeous high ceilings and an accommodating downstairs bedroom. Close enough to get to everything easily and far enough away to be a great retreat when we were done exploring for the day.

Perfect place to stay in NOLA!

Great place to stay and enjoy NOLA! Super clean and cozy home; well stocked with the essentials; comfy beds and very enjoyable outdoor space; excellent communication with the host; check-in was a breeze; walkable, safe neighborhood with plenty to do nearby; and quick uber or trolley ride to the Quarter. Couldn’t have asked for better

We used this house for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was spacious, beautiful, centrally located, and we felt very safe in the location. The hosts were responsive and very kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Jazz Fest retreat

Comfortable house to relax after a day at Jazz Fest. Walking distance and on the Greenway. We had a fantastic stay.

NOLA 2024

We had a great time in New Orleans. The house we stayed in was clean and tons of room for 6 adults and one teenage kiddo. The hosts were great with communication. We will definitely stay again the next time were in town.

Great Stay!

We had a great day here. The property is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and this is very close to lots of good food and times. The owners are very responsive and kind. The beds were amazing- so comfortable it was better sleep than I have at home. I definitely want to stay with them again!

Amazing property for groups!

This property was perfect for my friends Bachelorette trip! The location was fantastic and the property was so beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The host was fantastic with communication and from start to finish the process was seamless. There were 9 of us staying in the house and everyone fit comfortably! Everyone raved about what a perfect property it was for our trip. I would definitely book here again!

Completely Blown Away!

While the house is absolutely amazing all in itself, the outside backyard area was just spectacular! So relaxing and functional to entertain, cook or just kick back and relax with a beverage. The neighborhood is quiet and in a very nice part of Mid-City to connect to all surrounding sightseeing areas of New Orleans.

Great group house.

Nice, big house with plenty of room to spread out. We were there for Jazzfest, which was an easy and shady 25 minute walk away through Mid City. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with nice linens. The kitchen area was big enough to cook and eat in, but who would do that in NOLA? We only had 6 people, but this house was big enough for many more. The outdoor space was enjoyable. Easy communication and checkin. We would rent here again!

Thanksgiving 2023

We were multigenerational family group meeting in New Orleans for the holiday. The Vrbo was exactly as pictured and was perfect for us. It is located in a very urban area with so many places to shop and eat. The host was very good about checking to see if we needed anything and extra pots and pans were delivered to make sure we had everything needed if we choose to cook for the holiday. We visited the World War II museum and the kids loved the swamp tour. Beignets at Cafe Du Monde were the best!

Plenty of Room

The house is spacious with plenty of room for our large family. The backyard has a great NOLA mural and is completely fenced for our small dog. We were able to get two cars into the driveway but we still used Uber. The master suite is very roomy. They provided a pack n play, tub and high chair for our granddaughter. Overall house is just as listed.

Good

Pros- Huge property with tons of space. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for family.- Stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils for cooking.- Great outdoor space with TV and grill. - lots of towels and blankets and pillows Cons- the place was a little dusty (baseboards, window sills, etc). I think it could have just needed a good painting rather than truly being dirty. - the neighborhood is very rundown. At times, it felt a little unsafe. It is about a 15 minute uber downtown (2 mile walk). - there were two cockroaches in the kitchen. The host sprays for these every month. It seems they are unavoidable in New Orleans, especially when it rains.

Nice 5 Bdrm Near the Quarter

Nice 5 Bdrm property. Neighborhood is a little run down, in its current state, and this particular property sits on a corner overlooking a large drainage culvert which is quite an eyesore. We were comfortable for our 4 nights and found the house to have just about everything we needed. It was pretty chilly over New Years weekend so we did not enjoy the back patio area. Biggest complaint for the experience is that we had no hot water in either of the Master Bdrm sinks or the shower. Only the tub had hot water for some reason. We had read this same comment in an earlier review before we rented the house but just assumed that would have been resolved before we arrived. At the price point this house is at, you would assume that this would not be an issue. Overall, it was a nice experience but it is unlikely we would return here for the reasons stated above.

Great house

This was a great house for our two families that stayed here with our dogs. The house was wonderful, but I could tell there had been high use. The sliding barn door handle needed a screw, so the handle could do circles. All of the cabinet doors/drawers in the kitchen had to be slowly closed otherwise they wouldn't close. I imagine the kitchen had everything you could need at one point, but I struggled to find a large bowl to make a Cesar Salad, so I had to use a large pot. The shower in the master bedroom did not have hot water, but the tub did, so it meant we had to take baths or use one of the other two showers, but that wasn't convenient with ten people total. We also happened to stay the couple of nights they were doing street work which started at 6:00a.m. two days in a row. Early wake up calls with pounding. I am providing a lot of information, but overall this was a PERFECT house for two families of five (total of ten) and our beloved dogs. It was convenient to get to the French Quarter (straight down Canal Street with the streetcar), the airport, and a walkable neighborhood (took less than 7 minutes to walk to Whole Foods or a neighborhood local restaurant bar). There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out in the house or in the backyard. We would TOTALLY stay here again, but I do hope that the kitchens materials are reviewed/refreshed to ensure everything that is needed to cook for a large group is present.

Family stay in New Orleans

We have a family of 11. There were enough bedrooms. But the mattresses were very bad, and there are only three bathrooms. The back yard area is nice. The refrigeration worked well. They neighborhood is getting nicer, but the neighborhood is not there yet. There is a Whole Foods blocks away. The supplies in the house are minimal. No cleaning supplies, a broom or anything to clean with. No spices left over from former tenants, maybe that's because of COVID, but there is nothing except salt and pepper. There is only one frying pan. The grill works great. Some small repairs need to be done to the house and the windows definitely need washing.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay! The area seems to be undergoing improvements but we were comfortable the entire time and there was a very nice greenway adjacent to the property as well as a great coffee shop a block away. Whole foods is also walking distance so that is nice. Communication with the host was good as well. There was a confusing issue with the original bill/charge but they were very responsive and helped to get it ultimately cleared up. Would happily rent this place again.

Great place for a girls’ trip

We loved our stay in NOLA. The property was adorable and had plenty of room for us to spread out. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night but we felt safe with using ubers and the security system.

If you want some time away from French quarter this is the spot. Local neighborhood restaurants are fantastic.
