Double down on comfort and convenience at our 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of The Bywater/St Claude area. The vintage-inspired space features a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and a private balcony. Trendy restaurants, restored theaters, and high-spirited nightlife are just steps away. Watch a performance at the Marigny Opera House. Or try the escargot tempura and craft cocktails at offbeat French restaurant N7. This apartment is your gateway to the Big Easy experience!

***PLEASE NOTE!!! : The apartment is located above a bar that has live music that is VERY loud at times, especially on the weekends. They usually close at midnight during the week (though it can be later if they're having an event) and later on the weekends, but they always have music or karaoke until closing. Friday and Saturday nights they may have music as late as 5-6AM. We provide ear plugs and sound machines to help with the noise, but be advised that you WILL be able to hear and feel the music and vibrations inside the unit and that this location is NOT for those looking for a quiet stay, regardless of the day of the week. It is, however, the perfect spot for those staying on the weekends that will be out during those hours and experiencing the vibrant neighborhood and the lively atmosphere of New Orleans themselves. We realize it sounds crazy to mention this with the noise from the bar, but quiet hours are REQUIRED by city law to be posted in all listings and in messages we send to guests with those rules, though this does not mean that the bar below will be quiet during those times.***

Here is the PERFECT place for people visiting the Big Easy and looking to stay near trendy restaurants, nightlife, and be in the heart of the action!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment features a balcony that faces out to the street and the nightlife below, a fully-stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, dining room, and plenty of vintage-inspired furnishings and decor to set the stage for your NOLA experience. The bedroom and bath layouts are as follows:

Bedroom 1: one Queen bed
Bedroom 2: one King bed
Bathroom 1 & 2: located next to each bedroom, full bath with shower/tub combo

The guest suite is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your stay.

There is no parking provided with this stay; street parking is the only option. We cannot guarantee availability or proximity of parking spaces, which may be difficult to find during busy times.

This home allows dogs (limit of 2) and they must be 25lbs or smaller. There is a nonrefundable fee for pets charged at the time of booking, so please be sure to include the pets on your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

Located on the line between the Bywater and St Claude neighborhoods, this home is in a lively area full of trendy restaurants, active nightlife, and historic architecture. You'll be about a 5 min drive/ride to the French Quarter, making this home a great location for those coming to New Orleans to experience all the fun and lively atmosphere that the city offers.

From taste bud tingling foods to vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit?! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you do end up driving in, there is street parking available around the home.

**There is a $200 security/damage deposit collected 3 days prior to arrival, and returned shortly after your stay. This is done as a $200 hold on your method of payment, not a full charge. Please see the rental agreement (required to be read and signed before booking) for more details. ***
1. The booking guest must have their ID uploaded to their profile.

2. Please be mindful of the neighbors sleeping. We recommend being quiet after 8:30pm (weekdays including Sundays) and 9:00pm (weekends).

3. While early check-in / late checkout may be available, this must be arranged ahead of time for an extra fee. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $50 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given. Late checkouts MUST be requested before 9PM the day before your departure.

4.Clean towels are a provided amenity. Each guest listed through your reservation will receive 1 bath towel and 1 face towel. We are unable to fulfill requests for additional towels during the duration of your stay. Plan ahead while packing, please bring extra towels if you or any of your guests anticipate needing more.

5. Smoking & vaping in the unit will result in a $500 deodorization fee. Please smoke outside of the property.

6. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws and ILLEGAL. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party or over-occupancy will be charged a $1,000 fee for non-compliance with local laws. As of May 2022, all platforms have specifically banned parties from their units. Violation of this rule will result in a ban from the platform.

7. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.

8. Please do not use face towels to remove makeup, it damages the towels.

9. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.

10. This home allows dogs, limit of 2 and they must be 25lbs or smaller. There is a nonrefundable fee for pets charged at the time of booking, so please indicate pets when making your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee.

11. After you’ve read these rules, please send me a message with the words “yellow kangaroo” it will let me know that you have read the rules thoroughly.

12. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

13. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.

14. Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given.

15. Message us for long term stays.

16. Trash & recycling is picked up on Friday.

17. All of our TV's are streaming, we do not provide any account information, you will have to log into your own. Please remember to log out at check out. We do not have cable TV.

18. Should you wish to receive an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know the day before and we will determine if it's possible. We require time to prepare the unit for your stay or after your stay for the next guest and sometimes we are unable to accommodate. If we can accommodate, we will charge $25/hour for the additional booking time. This will also be in place for dropping luggage off or leaving your luggage after checkout time has passed. Payment will be requested after your additional time has been approved.

19. Lost Items: We return lost items for a $75 flat fee.  This is to cover shipping costs, along with the time spent to retrieve & mail your item. If you leave anything at the unit, please let us know immediately.
