The Neighborhood:
Located in up and coming uptown central city. 5 Blocks from St Charles ave Street car. Easy access and short drive to French Quarter.

Getting Around:
Easy to navigate on foot or bike. Street Car access at St Charles 5 Blocks away. Lyft/Uber/Cab always convenient.

Other Things to Note:
- There is a 3.5% charge on bookings made through home away & our website to cover payment processing fees that cannot be returned in the event a cancellation is necessary.
- Our property is located directly next to a residential neighborhood. We are required to enforce the city’s noise ordinance which does not permit excessive noise outside after 10PM.
- We cannot accommodate bachelorette/ bachelor parties or anything similar. No Parties, Events, Smoking or Pets. Cannot invite guests to the property that are not part of the booking reservation.
- Check-In time is 3:00 PM and Check Out-Time is 11:00 AM.
- Pricing fluctuates daily.

Everything about this day was perfect. Our host Craig was very responsive to any questions I had. The house itself was very clean and had towels for us. One thing that I wasn’t expecting is that at checkout, we really just had to do a couple of things to get the house ready for checkout, and it was so easy. The location was great for the parades and would highly recommend and would love to stay there again!!

This property was perfect for a group of seven female friends visiting New Orleans. We spent three days here. It was very clean, there were areas where we could all comfortably congregate and plenty of bedrooms (good beds) and bathrooms. It is walking distance from a nice market, though we ended up taking lots of Ubers to different parts of the city. The kitchen was not as well stocked as one would hope – no can opener for instance, or water filtering pitcher, which is an essential in New Orleans. The biggest issue for me with the property was that it sits on a major road, and I found it very hard to sleep because of street noise. Nobody else in the group complained about noise and I am very sensitive to sounds at night so it might not bother most people. Overall, it was a great stay!

Beautiful roomy space for big groups

The house was great, especially for the great price. Plenty of room and well taken care of. The host was very easy to talk with and took great care of us. My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular.

This house is in a perfect location! It’s incredibly clean and just was perfect for our needs! 10 out of 10 recommend renting this house. The owner is also incredibly responsive with any questions you might have! Our sibling trip couldn’t have gone better!

Had bed bugs lied and didn't give us a full refund.

Our stay at the property March21st-March 24th 2025 was horrible we had 12 children the master bedroom had bed bugs we called the property manager and he told us that they was going to get us a place to stay and didn't call us bk for hours I explained to them that one of our children has diabetes and her insulin need to be in the refrigerator at all times he stated to us don't leave the property use the refrigerator to keep her insulin refrigerated my family and I set in our cars for hours we did an inspection of the rest of the house but we took the sheets all off the beds and use the black light to look for bed bugs but they only were found and the master bedroom downstairs upstairs the air conditioning unit leak water from the ceiling on to the floor causing a puddle that was a hazard one of my children has asthmatic bronchitis and the dust from the air conditioning and the water that has been leaking for some time cause her to have an asthma attack the furniture in the living room was old and out of date and had a foul smell the stay was horrible and I have yet to receive my a refund or any kind of compensation.

I love that the home was very spacious and very clean. The area was in a nice location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. It felt very safe whether you used their parking spot or parked in the street, we never had an issue. The home had all the necessities needed.

Great Place for a College Girls Reunion

My five girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay in New Orleans and this place was perfect. Very spacious! We each had our own bed (important at 45) and there were several bathrooms. Also very clean. Easily walkable to Magazine street or the St. Charles Trolley. Only a short ride to French Quarter.

Siblings Weekend Hit

Overall a great place to spend a long weekend with my siblings. There were some glitches—back door entry panel had to be reset, front gate panel was hit or miss and the heat downstairs wasn’t working. Mgmt was very responsive and came with space heater for the downstairs bedroom. House was gorgeous—bedrooms were pretty much the same decor with comfy beds and big screens mounted on the walls. Bathrooms were also nice with large shower heads and lots of extra towels. The onsite gated parking made for worry free rested nights. We’d definitely stay there again.

Spacious accommodations in very LOUD neighborhood

PROS: Gated on-site parking, comfortable beds, plenty of space, 4 bedrooms upstairs & 1 master downstairs (Master & 1 room upstairs have private full bath) 2 other full bathrooms in hallway (1 up & 1 down). Long table in the dining room was great for family meals & game nights. Great property for a large group spending time in New Orleans. CONS: the street noise at all hours of the day/night was an issue for us. There is a bus stop right outside the master bedroom downstairs and we could clearly hear people on their phones as they waited for the bus. The street noise was so loud in the master that we ended up moving to one of the rooms upstairs. Even upstairs the noise is very noticeable. Discovered a dishwasher issue which we reported to host.

Family, Football & Fun

A group of family members from CA, CT, FL, GA, LA, NY, SC, and VA gather together for the Saints-Commanders game. We had a blast just catching up and touring the city. Some of the people had never been to New Orleans before. The house was perfect for our group. We had a few minor issues that were handled immediately with one phone call to the property manager. On our next trip back we plan to definitely stay at one of their prpperties.

Stay was great!

The home was clean, beds felt great and the location was great. It had plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and Bourbon Street was a short ride away. The neighborhood is interesting and the people were nice. Overall great stay. We’ll stay here again.
