The fourth floor has a private outdoor rooftop and indoor half bathroom.

Guest have full access to the entire private suite. There is ample parking available on the blvd surrounding the property.

5/5 — Perfect Thanksgiving Stay!Our group spent Thanksgiving week at this Luxury 5-Bedroom Modern Villa with Private Rooftop and it could not have been more perfect. The home is absolutely stunning—modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed for groups who want to be together without feeling crowded.The four-story layout was a total game-changer. With bedrooms on every floor plus a common space and bathroom on each level, everyone in our group of ten had plenty of privacy while still having tons of room to gather. It felt like the ideal balance between shared space and personal space.The highlight, of course, was the private rooftop—a beautiful spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and everything in between. The views and vibes up there made the whole stay feel extra special.Location, amenities, comfort, and style all exceeded expectations. The hosts were responsive, check-in was seamless, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.Highly, highly recommend! We’ll absolutely be booking again for future New Orleans trips.

We stayed at this villa for my bachelorette weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt so modern and luxurious. The layout was great for our group of nine—it gave us plenty of space to hang out together but also room to relax on our own. The hosts were wonderful—super responsive and accommodating with all my plans and questions. It truly made the weekend stress-free and special. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!

It was just Beautiful!!’ Matriarch of the family wanted her 80th birthday in New Orleans. We were all very comfortable.It was 10 of us enjoying this Beautiful Property!! The Artwork and the decor was amazingThe cooks in the Family enjoyed the Kitchen area. It was no problem parking my huge truck and getting Ubers around town The property is well secure we felt safe. Great place to stay for Mardi Gras

Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. All together, we really liked this house and I would recommend staying here for larger groups. Will definitely keep it in mind for when we return to New Orleans!

Great home for a New Orleans vacation

Sadat Spencer has a great home near the garden district for your New Orleans vacation. The house was spacious enough for our 9 party group. Everyone had their own space/room and there were plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The outside gate is a nice piece of added security since the neighborhood is still up and coming. The pool was a bit cool for November but added a nice resort feel to our stay. The roof top terrace was the best and got the most use for lounging in the sun. You just have to be ready to get your steps in since there are 4 stories to this property. We found it fun to add it to our walks to the French Quarter. Sadat was great with communication and was easy to get a hold of for inquiries We would stay there again 100%.

Amazing property!

Our stay here was great! we were in town for a concert and it was like a 5 minute drive to the super dome. Very clean, and so much space. Super great for a group or a large family. The pool and roof top was great for hanging out.

Super well appointed. Plenty of space for 6 people, close enough to all the activities but far enough that it felt like we could truely decompress at the end of the night. There’s a trolly 3 blocks away but don’t count on using it, it was completely full every time we tried to- however it was spring break so that may have contributed to the crowdedness. Overall, everything was really great. The rooftop deck was all of our favorite part.

The property is great place for a group,we had 3 couples staying and we each had our own apartment space which was great..contacted the host the day before and asked could i check in earlier than the checkin time which he allowed us to come in 2hrs early which was a tremendous help.we enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to returning soon

Robbed at this property

Robbed on the night prior to check out. Sorry to say but this property is in an unsafe neighborhood and the property is not properly secured. The outer gate which provides in and out access from street to the units is broken and unsecured. Owners provided a gate ‘code’ for this lock but unnecessary due to the fact that it’s inoperable. On the last night of our stay we were robbed. We feel lucky that no one was hurt but the intruder got in while we were asleep and brazenly helped himself to our personal belongings. I wouldn’t be surprised if this has happened before given the lack of security. I’ve lived in New Orleans, I visit at minimum bi-annually so I know the drill (I also live in NYC). So needless to say we are savvy about being safe in Nola. The owners have not been respectful, sympathetic or responsive to what could have been a much more dangerous scenario. Cannot recommend on any level.

Bachelor party Great time

The property was awesome very clean! I hosted my brother’s bachelor party here and everything about it was great. We had a great time! The location is great not far at all from Bourbon Street. Only thing I’d recommend is to get the outside TV checked out. We couldn’t get it working. Other then that I highly recommend this location!
