This roomy but cozy 950 sq ft apt is full of eye candy, with hand textured walls, vibrant earthy colors and an array of local art work. 2 blocks walking distance to Magazine st where you will find lots of local flavor with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. This is truly a one of a kind experience.

This shotgun-style home is in one of the best locations in the city! Magazine Street, known for its restaurants, bars, and antique stores, is just 2 blocks away. You can rent a NOLA Blue Bike and ride to tons of destinations around the city. The Garden District and all of its mansions are only 3 blocks from Be sure to book a walking tour to explore the area! Hop on the streetcar located on St. Charles Avenue and take it down to the Audubon Zoo. This 58-acre zoo is home to 2,000 animals and is a can't-miss attraction! More animal adventures await at the Aquarium of the Americas on Canal Street - just 10 minutes from the house. No trip to 'The Big Easy' would be complete without a stop by the French Quarter to party all night long on Bourbon Street. If you'd prefer to take it easy, stop by any of the district's restaurants for some traditional creole cuisine!

Perfect house and location for our little getaway to NOLA. Loved the amenities and vibe of the place -- especially all the cool art throughout. And the Irish Channel location was the ideal launching point for exploring Uptown and all the area has to offer.

Great house! Great location!

Very nice home, clean, nicely furnished with fun art. Bed very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Could have used bar of soap for shower but otherwise a great place to stay, and we literally walked to the Quarter, Uptown, and to our parade staging area. We are coming back next year.

The art inside is beautiful, the wood throughout the house gives it such a comforting feeling. The neighborhood is so friendly. If I ever come back I would be so happy to stay here again, if you get the chance to stay here - don’t miss out!

Another lovely Nola getaway!

This house took our breath away from the moment we walked in! The place is spacious and inviting, and the neighborhood is peaceful! We loved how close we were to everything, but yet far off into the neighborhood to where we didn’t hear all the noises from Magazine St. Thank you for having us, you helped us create more memories in New Orleans, and we can’t wait to be back!!

Weekend in the City

Not only is the property full of original art but, the house is a work of art itself. Beautiful property on a few blocks from Magazine. The neighborhood is very walkable and pretty quiet for the city. My husband and I were in town for a show and then the game on Sunday. This spot was perfect for us and equipped with everything we needed. I find that often pictures can make a property look better than it is but, in this case, we found that he house was even better than the pictures showed :)

Best place ever

This is the nicest home I’ve ever rented and it’s not even close! It is so perfectly decorated and quality craftmanship is everywhere. The colors are fantastic, the home is very spacious, the kitchen is great, and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. A/C and heat work very well, the furniture is comfortable, and the appliances are all like new. This is the only home that I’ve ever wanted to stay in again. Parking is right outside the front door on the street but that is the norm in New Orleans. You won’t go wrong here!
