Tiny parks like Annunciation Square and Coliseum Square are local gathering spots. This condo is ideally located within close proximity to numerous New Orleans landmarks including Jackson Square (1.7 Miles), Caesars Superdome/Smoothie King Center (1.4 Miles), The National WWII Museum (0.6 Miles), and the famous Lafayette Cemetery No. 1 (1.2 Miles).

★ So much space, beautiful décor, and the outdoor area was perfection.
Stained-glass windows throw jewel-toned light across the floors as afternoon settles into the Lower Garden District. High ceilings draw the eye upward, historic millwork frames every doorway, and the hum of New Orleans drifts in from the street below. This three-bedroom home holds six guests comfortably - equal parts storied character and easy, everyday livability.
Living space
The main living areas carry the quiet confidence of a well-kept historic home. Original architectural details are balanced by central air conditioning and heating, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace - so whether you're here for a festival weekend or a longer stay, the house works as hard as you need it to. A TV, clothing storage, and a full set of linens and hangers round out the everyday comforts.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests across four beds, each room with its own distinct character. Private entrances to each bedroom give everyone in the group their own sense of space, and three full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly. Bed linens are provided, and the layout balances shared common areas with genuine privacy.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen is built for people who actually cook. It comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and baking sheet - alongside cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The island offers casual seating for meals or a place to spread out over coffee, while the wet bar adds a natural gathering point for evening drinks. A dining table is ready for sit-down meals, and the outdoor patio extends your options when the weather cooperates.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Each includes hot water, a bathtub, and cleaning products - everything in place so you can settle in without a supply run.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the balcony for a breath of air, or head down to the patio where a stone fountain provides a calm, steady backdrop. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill make it easy to linger outside - whether that's a slow morning with coffee or a relaxed evening after a day on Magazine Street. A private entrance keeps the outdoor spaces feeling like your own.
Location
The Lower Garden District puts you within walking distance of Magazine Street's restaurants, boutiques, and bars, with the French Quarter and the National WWII Museum both nearby. It's a natural base for Mardi Gras, New Year's Eve, the Sugar Bowl, the Krewe of Joan of Arc, and the city's spring festival season - close enough to everything without being in the middle of it. Free parking on the premises is available for the duration of your stay. Self check-in is handled via smart lock keypad, so arrival is straightforward at any hour.
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
