  • Apartamento recientemente renovado con 2 dormitorios, sala de estar, cocina, baño y balcón. Techos de 12 pies de altura, pisos de madera noble. Baño de mármol con bañera y ducha. Televisor de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas 4k en sala de estar. LED de 40 pulgadas en pared en dormitorio principal. Balcón con muebles de exterior nuevos. Aparcamiento en la calle disponible. El tranvía está a una cuadra de distancia que lo lleva a Fairgrounds, City Park o French Quarter y a 1 milla a pie del French Quarter. A cuatro cuadras de excelentes bares como Bayou Beer Garden y Finn McCools. A 5 cuadras de Bayou Saint John. 15 minutos en tranvía al parque de la ciudad y al barrio francés. Excelente ubicación central para todo lo que quieres hacer.

Cute place! Away from.the downtown noise and tourist traps - check the nearby restaurants like Katie's, which had exceptional food! Only a short walk to the trolley which takes only a few minutes to get you downtown. The beds were particularly comfortable and kitchen came fully stocked. I highly recommend!

Location was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Parking space was very helpful. Size was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed - hair dryer, wine opener, iron.

We didn't cook, but it was equipped with everything you need to cook. The location was perfect. It was a couple of blocks from the streetcar stop that took us right to Canal Street. Restaurants within walking distance. It has everytjing you need to a trip to NOLA. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Super easy to access and we also immediately noticed the place was very clean. The location was perfect for what we needed, parking was easy, and we felt safe and comfortable when walking around. We found a great little coffee shop within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful and attentive. If we visit New Orleans again, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Excellent property, a short walk from the trolley and in a safe residential area. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Off-street parking and a great space. Loved our stay.

New Orleans get away

Accommodations very comfortable, location was perfect, walking distance to some great restaurants. Close to Canal Street and cable cars. Appreciated the owner who was very communicative with us. Would stay here again.

The location was great. However, we were disappointed in the apartment. It needs a fresh coat of paint. The living room furniture, as well as the mattresses in the bedroom, were worn out and need to be replaced.

Matt’s property was clean and in a great area. The check in and out process was very easy and Matt was easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very centrally, located to everything. Right around the corner from the trolley. It met all of our needs while we were in New Orleans. The owner was very helpful with our questions and the recommendation for dinner was spot on.

Great Spot in Mid City

Our family stayed over Mardi Gras and the property was great. Close to all areas of the city. Bonus was that it is only one block from Canal Street and the Krewe of Endymion, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Matt was a fantastic host, and his place was just right for us. Highly recommend.

Incredible location and place with a great host

The place was exactly as depicted. Matt is a great host, responsive and friendly. The location is easy and walkable to food and bars. Highly recommend!
