All staff was very welcoming. Mr. Wilson and Ms. Wendy were extremely kind and very helpful. Wonderful staff!The living area in the houses are not made for large families. If you want to lounge at night with family and watch a movie, this is not the place to stay. Living room is the size of an average bathroom. Beautiful but extremely small kitchen, hence the dining table outside. Plenty of beds, but all rooms are extremely small. The outside is very pretty and accommodating, so plan to be outside most of your stay here. The best part of staying here is the staff, the outside area, and location.

This is such a unique property. The pool and outdoor spaces are great for relaxing and taking amazing photos. It is conveniently located in the heart of the city. The staff were easily available and welcoming. It was the perfect place to have s girls trip and ring in the New Year. I would definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks to John and all the staff for their personal attention.

Our family was there for a week - a family Christmas. Wilson and staff were always helpful - always going the extra mile to make our stay very pleasant. The residence was neat and clean, and very well equipped (e.g., wine refrigerator and expresso machine in the kitchen). A good location a short, easily walkable distance from the French Quarter. This was a good choice for our family gathering. Thanks!

The property is great with an outdoor area with pool. Inside the unit is comfortable, and kitchen is stocked nicely with coffee equipment cups etc. clean and responsive

Girls trip during French Quarter Festival

5 ladies visited for FQF. Loved the location. More comfortable using only 4 bedrooms, since the 5th is accessed through the 4th.

Great getaway

The compound is a short walk to the French Quarter near the French Market and a couple of blocks from Frenchmen street with great live music and restaurants. The place its self had small rooms and common spaces, but the property has such great spaces to sit and visit with a bigger group you do not need the space in the house. All the grand outdoor spaces are in little areas that allow you to get seclusion from any other groups outside on the grounds. It is a great getaway in its own little oasis.

This is a fantastic location with an easy walk to Frenchmen St. and the French Quarter. Lots of room for our family and Wilson was always available for any questions we had.

Positives: Great proximity to French Quarter, Friendly manager and staff, beautiful grounds and activities.Nice sitting areas outside Parking was available. Keyless entry was great.Felt safe. Kitchen was stocked with nice utensils, dishes etc and had an espresso machine and wine cooler, Negatives: Be aware that there are no dressers or closets, but they do provide coat/ hat racks in the room as well as suitcase stands.( suggest getting 3 drawer night stands due to limited space). The living room was small snd furniture not comfortable. The internet and WI-FI were sporadic and slow. The windowless bedroom needs a nightlight. (We left ours there for the next guest.) Water pressure was slow as was the sink to empty in bottom bedroom. Enjoyed location, but I would not consider staying here for another trip to NOLA.

It's Fine... But not what is described

We had booked this for a bachelorette party. First, the online description does not mention that this is a compound, and shared outdoor space with a LOT of units. The host, Wilson, is great and happy to help where he can. During our stay, they were replacing rotten wood on the only walkway, and it was a bit of a danger-zone trying to get to and from our assigned unit. The unit itself was ok, but there was never hot water, and they don't tell you how small it actually is. There is not enough of a living space to be comfortable.
