Walk to the streetcar and Mardi Gras parades one way and restaurants and shopping the other way. The location doesn't disappoint.!

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests, arranged to give families and groups both privacy and flexibility. Bedrooms are located downstairs, with a spacious living area upstairs. Each room is outfitted with crisp linens, generous clothing storage, and a ceiling fan, so you can settle in comfortably whatever the weather brings.

Kitchen & dining
The renovated kitchen is the heart of the home, with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances setting the stage for everything from a quick breakfast to a full dinner for the group. You'll find cooking basics, crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, cooker, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and wine glasses on hand, plus coffee provided and breakfast included. Gather around the dining table to plan the day ahead or wind down after exploring the neighborhood.

Bathroom
Two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, cleaning products, a hairdryer, and hot water, so you can freshen up with ease after a day of sightseeing or festival-going.

Outdoor living
The front porch is a natural spot for morning coffee as the air cools into fall, while the fenced back garden offers a private patch of grass and outdoor furniture for unwinding away from the street. Gated off-street parking is a rare find in Uptown, and free on-street parking is also available, giving you flexibility and peace of mind for the length of your stay.

Just steps from St. Charles Avenue and Magazine Street, you're within easy walking distance of parade routes, boutiques, cafés, and the streetcar line. The neighborhood stays walkable and quiet, making it a good base whether you're here for a parade weekend, a family visit, or simply taking in Uptown's year-round character.

The home includes air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer with an iron and clothes drying rack, a high chair, smart-lock self check-in, ethernet connection, a TV, and wifi. A private entrance adds convenience, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Essentials like towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are provided throughout.
