"The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was not an included breakfast like the description said. Even the sign on the door called it a B&B but there was no breakfast. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here… we enjoy coffee on the back porch, location is convenient for us…. We will be back. Peaceful surroundings are a plus."

"Space was perfect. We wished we were staying long enough to enjoy the screened porch, but we were only in for a night as we were out most of the time for a wedding at The Avery. We would stay again!"

"Truly a hidden gem. I’m from the area and didn’t realize this place existed. Very serene yet in the middle of the city. On the river. Lots of good food nearby. Would definitely visit this place again. Excellent stay."

"Property was a storage shed converted into a bedroom. Bathroom did not have walls going to the ceiling, ie NO privacy.. The bed was short and the mattress was thin and lumpy. Some type of incense or perfume odor was overwhelming in the small space. We departed as soon as we could."
