Lo único que no me gustó es que en algún momento el viaje estuvo en duda y no hubo flexibilidad aún 10 días antes de cancelar la reserva, esto sería algo en lo que deberían de poner atención, ya que es lo que me puede hacer dudar reservar una próxima ocasión."

The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.

The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother...

"There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. "

The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience "

Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. Expedia cant do anything about it because property doesnt want to refund even tho i DID NOT even check in and stayed. I went a night prior directly...
