Close to metro and walking distance to little mall and supermarket
Easy access outdoor pool was extremely clean(the pool itself)
Bed was very comfortable
Room was spacious
Good size bathroom with bath and separate shower
High security measures at gate and then into hotel.

Front checkin staff not overly happy or very friendly
Housekeeping was a non-event. No towels for 3 days running and constantly ringing to have them sent up. After getting back @9pm from long trip and again no...

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.
The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.
Overall nice area for the location. "

"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too.
The property has not be taken care of.
The bathroom were mouldy.
Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available.
Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control.
I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation.

"We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels"

"Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place."
