"El hotel está en perfecto estado, el personal muy atento y amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que en algún momento el viaje estuvo en duda y no hubo flexibilidad aún 10 días antes de cancelar la reserva, esto sería algo en lo que deberían de poner atención, ya que es lo que me puede hacer dudar reservar una próxima ocasión."

There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother...

The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.

The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience "
