"We rented this home to contain our overflow for the Thanksgiving weekend. Our family has grown in the past few years, and everyone lives out of town so we needed extra beds. "This VRBO was mine and my friend’s first VRBO - and it was exactly as advertised, if not better. We each had our own rooms and own bathroom for about the price of a single room hotel - how can you beat that???Communication with the owners was a breeze.If I’m in the area again, I’ll absolutely stay here a second time. "Overall the stay was decent. Street parking was required. The owner didn’t cut the grass and we wanted to enjoy the backyard and use the grill but didn’t due to bugs in the high grass. The outside trash can was very full, barely could fit our trash in it. The bathroom could have been cleaner, there was alot of dead bugs in the shower. There is only one farm door for the bathroom and bedroom next door. The location was great though. "

"Have been waiting on a refund from host for over a week. He has been contacted by VRBO & Expedia multiple times without response. I was not going to leave a negative review but the host has left me no choice. We arrived at the property on check in day to a *very strong* odor of moth balls. "The location was wonderful. Other people reside in the house but they were quiet. The only concern is the coffee maker (Kuerig) needed to be washed out."

"Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. "

"Had a lovely overnight stay. Apartment was clean and check in/check out was easy and straightforward. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the insulation between apartments wasn’t great so we heard our neighbors all night, the bed was hard for my liking so sleep was difficult, and the hot water in the shower ran out after 5 minutes. But other than that the place was lovely."
