"Really nice place and reasonably priced. I've stayed in more expensive properties not nearly as nice. I do have more dogs than his typical limit but he worked with me to accommodate this. I will definitely stay again. One note, I didn't see a washer/dryer but assume it is in an area not accessible to visitors, but perhaps if you were a longer stay visitor you could work with the property owner on this. "
