"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"Would absolutely stay again if I visit Prague in the future. The apartment feels homely, has modern furnishing and extremely clean. Very spacious and and plenty of places for suitcases. Location is in a quiet corner of town but still super well connected by metro and tram. Door-to-door time to Florenc bus station was 12 minutes. "

"Beautiful property! Super clean and spacious, excellent connection with the Old Town. Streetcar #22 stops is literally around the corner. The only suggestion for further improvement would be a coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen, like sugar and salt. It would also be nice to have shampoo, but the shower gel was ok. All in all, we had an amazing stay!"

"This room is in a fabulous location. However, our unit was a very small room, and up 3 flights of stairs (so pack accordingly)! The air conditioner was not working, but it was cool enough with the windows open. Microwave was also not working. Sheets and towels were clean. Room decor was very nice, and we felt safe and secure. I would absolutely welcome another stay at this location, but would request a larger room, even at a higher price. We were in the attic, so were cramped with limited...

"I had a problem with my passport which meant I had to delay the start of my journey. The hotel kept my booking open and have been very informative and friendly throughout. When eventually I was able to travel, the hotel made sure that my booking for extra days meant I didn't need to change rooms. Their responses throughout were almost immediate, and always understanding and helpful. Highly recommended and I will stay with them again "

"Enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were large and spacious, and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment if U wanted to cook. Two minor negatives, The bathroom floor needed cleaning, although the bathroom was spotless, I think it must have been accidentally missed.
