"This was a literally a "last minute" booking because we were "on-island" and the a/c broke down at our time share and after several days of being patient, decided we needed to move to another property. "The property is in a perfect location walking distance to many great restaurants and good options. Beach is literally 30 yards away. Plenty of parking and the unit we stayed in was newly renovated and offered great space and views. The pool is nice if you want a break from the beach. The furnishings are great and the private patio area is perfect. Sarah was great and is always available if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again when we are able to visit the island...

"The unit looks EXACTLY like the photos. The beach view is so calming & nice. The beach is empty 24/7. Only maybe a 15minute drive to Toppers, Simpson Beach, & SXM Airport. Easy short drive to Lotorie Farm, Orient Beach, and more. Host’s assistant Vanessa was always responsive & helpful when we needed her. Definitely suggest staying here!"

"Quiet area right on the shoreline, excellent view, easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops. If staying for more than a couple of days be prepared to purchase supplies, no 'complimentary items' are offered."

"Excellent place to stay. Beautiful property inside and out. Pretty much your own private beach. Communications with owner were answered promptly. We drank our morning coffee on the beautiful terrance overlooking the beach. We will definitely go to this place again."

"We love staying with Sabine at Mangorient. The unit we stayed in this time has its own private little dip pool which is perfect to cool off. We didn’t need anything as the kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed to cook meals. The property manager Christine and Sabine are very helpful not only with anything we need but with what to see and do on the island. We will definitely stay again!"

"2 familes each with 2 kids had a great time. Very close to baie rouge. Pool was nice. Hot tub water seemed bad so we didnt use it. Housekeeper and concierge were really nice. Rented a car and drove all over the small island. Would recommend and would stay again"

"Absolument parfait !!! La villa ainsi que le Beach Club dans son ensemble son tout simplement sublime. Nous avons séjourner une semaine avec notre petit bébé de quelques mois et Marie a répondu à tous nos petits besoins pour nous assurer de passer du bon temps ! Nous serons de retour dans quelques années !!!"
