  • Alojaos en una villa de lujo recién renovada en Nerja, con impresionantes vistas panorámicas de 180° al mar Mediterráneo, las montañas y el pueblo de Nerja. Ubicada en la tranquila urbanización Punta Lara, a solo 300 metros de la playa y a 2 km del centro, esta villa privada con piscina, 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, ofrece el equilibrio perfecto entre comodidad, privacidad y conveniencia.



    La villa dispone de una cocina de alta gama totalmente equipada y renovada, así como un baño actualizado. Los interiores son luminosos y espaciosos, pensados para el descanso. El salón-comedor de planta abierta cuenta con asientos para seis personas, un sofá cómodo y smart TV con servicios de streaming. Las grandes puertas correderas dejan entrar mucha luz natural y permiten disfrutar de vistas panorámicas desde casi todas las estancias, creando un ambiente relajante y acogedor.



    En el exterior, encontraréis una terraza orientada al sureste con piscina privada de 4,5 x 4,5 m, perfecta para aprovechar el sol y la vida al aire libre. Disfrutad de una mesa para seis comensales, zona lounge, cuatro tumbonas, dos sombrillas, barbacoa de carbón y ducha exterior, ideales para relajaros y disfrutar del clima mediterráneo.



    La villa acoge cómodamente hasta seis huéspedes y es ideal para familias o parejas. Cuenta con cinco unidades de aire acondicionado y calefacción para vuestro confort durante todo el año. Hay aparcamiento en la calle junto a la propiedad. El centro de Nerja está a unos 25 minutos a pie por la playa o la carretera principal, o podéis llegar en coche, taxi o autobús local si preferís no caminar.

Fantastic Villa with the most amazing views.

Pros: The outside space at the Villa had everything we needed. Great pool for cooling off and messing around in. Not big enough for an adult to swim laps in. The loungers and garden furniture for sunbathing and relaxing. A large outside dining table under an awning for shade. Newly renovated kitchen. Great indoor space with air con in bedrooms, living room and kitchen. 15-20 minute walk down hill to the beach. 40 minute walk to The Balcony De Europa Nerja. Great location if you don’t want to be in the hussle and bussle of Nerja. A few restaurants close by. Supermarkets 10 minute drive away. A car is recommended for ease. Cons: The mosquitoes!! But repellent did help.

Very nice villa and it is better than it appears in the photos. The outdoor furniture is very good.

Pros: This is a lovely villa, really feels like home. Perfect for families with kids. The villa is equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, very nice kitchen, WIFI, a great pool and a big living room... All is very well maintained and super clean. The design is prefect and it seems the owners invested a lot in the quality of the furniture and equipment. We loved the sea view, decorations and peaceful atmosphere. The kids loved the pool and the seashore. Great restaurant around. It was a great sunny vacation and I highly recommend the place, which was the highlight of our vacation in Spain.

Pros: We have stayed in the villa 1 week with 3 children and we loved every minute. The villa is very comfortable and very well equipped. You have every thing you need there. Very bright, with a sea view from all windows, 3 bathrooms, great swimming pool, BBQ facilities and even a washing machine. Close to the beach and a short driving distance to attractions in the area (like the Nerja cave) so it is easy to combine the relaxation with also site seeing. We loved it! And for sure will return.

Pros: Vi var meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet i Punta Lara. For 3 personer var det svært god plass, og huset er velutstyrt og velholdt. Dette stedet anbefaler vi gjerne til andre, og vi reiser gjerne tilbake! Det eneste vi har å anmerke er at det var noen løse fliser på veggen bak bordet på kjøkkenet, og også på gulvet like foran komfyren. Men dette er nok enkelt å ordne.

Die Aussicht ist besser als erwartet. Sehr schöne Sicht aufs Meer.

Pros: Sehr schöne Sicht aufs Meer, Nerja (in der Nacht schön) und die Hügel. Pool ist sehr schön mit Whirl-Pool-Effekt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist da. Cons: Handtücher waren nicht weich und dufteten nicht gut. Musste sie waschen. Küchenausstattung ist alles Ikea.

You can’t put a price on the view

Pros: Although the home is warm and inviting, it’s the outdoor patio that’s truly spectacular. Decently equipped for a long term stay, with all the wonderful places to eat on Burriana Beach, I don’t imagine you’ll cook all that much. Cons: Would have been nice if the pool had been equipped with solar heating. A bit of a shame that one of the feature amenities couldn’t have been enjoyed more. My wife never even used it once in the 3 weeks

Pros: Ett boende med fantastisk utsikt och stor och härlig terrass. Poolen började dock bli sliten, det lossnade kakelbitar och det fanns en del vassa ställen i poolen. Ett minus att det bara fanns två solsängar. Vid ankomsten fungerade inte ac i sovrummen men det åtgärdades under kommande dag och all kommunikation fungerade bra.

Pros: A breathtaking view of the mountains, Nerja and the beach, that you never get tired of. You even get to enjoy it while sitting by the pool and eating outside. The house itself was very welcoming and clean, everything we needed was at our disposal. It took us 5 to 10 minutes to get to the beach on foot and, if you feel like taking a little walk along the beach, you can be downtown within 20 minutes. I went with my girlfriend's family and there was more than enough room for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay in this property and we highly recommend it. Une vue imbattable sur Nerja, la mer et les montagnes. On ne peut pas s'en lasser. On pouvait même en profité pendant qu'on se baigné dans la piscine ou lorsqu'on mangé sur la terrasse. La maison est super jolie et confortable. Elle était vraiment propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin à notre disposition. Ça nous prenait environ 10 minutes de marche pour allé à la plage ( ma copine a des petites jambes ;) ) et 20 minutes pour aller en centre ville par le bord de mer. Nous étions en famille et il y avait largement assez de place pour nous accueillir avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Une super expérience dans cette propriété que je recommande à tout le monde.
