Property not up to a high standard
Internet: Renter must look after this themselves, not included in the rental price. Description of property as having two double bedrooms, reality, one and a half bed. Second bedroom is dark and very small. No wardrobe to hang clothes, facility only in main bedroom. Window small and looks out onto the internal building. Bedroom door does not open fully as it's blocked by the bed. The only eating area is outside on the terrace which in winter is cold at both breakfast and dinner times. Terrace heaters insufficient at these times. Table and chairs look secondhand. Owners not very helpful in a situation where the electricity went out in the apartment at dinner time, response time from owners was four hours after contact and essentially told us to sort it ourselves. No further contact to see what caused the outage and if we, their tenants, were ok. Luckily a kind neighbour helped us. TV is "Free to Air" and instructions how to access this would have been helpful. Owners state "that they have never found noise levels to be an issue" : not so, the moving around of furniture in the apartment upstairs is fairly full on and judging from the footsteps children were also present. Finally, bizarrely the keys have to be mailed back to the owners incurring another hidden cost... I registered the letter to ensure that I had a record of returning the keys. Summary: I would not recommend this property or the owners.

Lovely stay in Nerja!
We had a marvelous week at this beautiful 2BR flat in Nerja!! The home was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. The deck w views of the beach was gorgeous. The beds were 4 star hotel comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to make a delicious meal. Best of all it was 20 steps to Burriana Beach surrounded by the best restaurants (Pahuna Nepalese right around the corner! So delicious we ate there 3 times!) shops and bars. We had plans to travel outside Nerja but we were so content and relaxed we never left. Lovely place to stay, would do so again and highly recommend!!

Very comfortable apartment, terrace just like the picture. I spent most of my time while in the apartment, on the terrace. Instructions to get there where accurate. Très agréable séjour.

WOW!
Wow! Everything about this was perfect! From the booking to the stay itself. The owners were communicative, responsive and all of their communications felt genuinely warm. They really hoped and wanted us to have a fabulous stay. The flat itself, while looked great in the pictures was even better live. The outside terrace was a fantastic second living space and so comfortable. The flat had everything and anything one could want for a two week stay. My husband was actually under the weather for a few days but was totally content staying in the flat. The checkin process as easy. And the location! About a 10 minute walk to the center of Nerja. And in Burriana itself lots of great places to eat…a world class bakery, some of the best Thai food ever and great grilled fish on the beach..all within a very short-5 minutes or less- walk. Not to mention a superb Indian restaurant right downstairs from the flat. And the beach itself! World class! To be honest, I can’t think of anything that would need improving! We will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic location and facilities
Two parents, teenager, and an under 10 stayed in Aug 2023. Neil and Maxine were brilliant from the outset - prompt thorough replies to every question. Great welcome pack left for us. Absolutely everything you need for a beach holiday in the utility area - parasols, inflatables, toys. Parking space helped enormously as I had a car for a few days at the start, to run around collecting beer and wine 🙂. Also visited a water park. Loved being above bars, being able to listen to people enjoying themselves. It wasn't noisy at all though. Location is perfect - walk across the road to the beach, and 10 mins into the very centre of Nerja (through lovely little walkways). I have to admit to feeling some guilty pleasure in watching the poor souls driving in endless laps looking for a parking space that will never come - as I've done so many times myself. We could just wander out across the road to the beach - so relaxing. Furniture is really lovely - especially the amazing sofa on the terrace. The aircon was lovely (and vital). The only minor improvement perhaps could be a fan and some soft lighting on the terrace. Spotlessly clean and very well looked after throughout. Great location, great facilities. Rob and Karen 👍

Tolle Lage, alles top
Die Wohnung liegt super, direkt am Strand mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften in der direkten Nähe. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben sogar Schirme und Luftmatrazen für den Strand vorgefunden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und es lief alles sehr unkompliziert. Obwohl sie zentral liegt, ist die Wohnung relativ ruhig.

Excellent Holiday Apartment
The property is really lovely, great facilities, everything you need, very comfortable beds and the terrace is amazing. Booking and communication with owners was excellent and the welcome pack was much appreciated. This was our 1st time to Nerja and the only negative (a big one for us) was the unavailability of loungers on the beach, many were not being used but had reserved signs on them for most of the day! The beach was very crowded. The town is absolutely beautiful with lots of choice for eating and drinking and great atmosphere.

Alles Top, besser als beschrieben
Sehr sauber, Toplage nah zum Stand und nah nach Nerja. Sehr zu empfehlen, um ein paar stressfreie Tage zu verbringen.
