  • La ubicación es la clave con este encantador apartamento reformado recientemente de dos dormitorios que se encuentra en la planta baja del pequeño complejo El Califa con sólo 10 apartamentos, justo enfrente del Parador de Nerja. La playa de Burriana está a cinco minutos a pie del complejo, y el centro histórico de Nerja, con el famoso Balcón de Europa, a diez minutos a pie.



    El apartamento tiene cocina, comedor y salón con puertas que abren a una gran terraza con mesa exterior para comer al aire libre - tinen acceso directo a los jardines y la piscina. Hay un amplio y espacioso dormitorio con cama de matrimonio de 1,50 m y otro dormitorio con dos camas individuales. El apartamento tiene dos cuartos de baño, uno junto al dormitorio de matrimonio y otro independiente, ambos con plato de ducha



    Las instalaciones incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada con horno / vitrocerámica, microondas, lavavajillas, lavadora y nevera-congelador, caja fuerte, wifi gratuito, Smart TV con canales internacionales y aire acondicionado en la sala de estar. El complejo comparte plazas de aparcamiento privadas que están disponibles por orden de llegada. La piscina comunitaria es de 12m x 5m con profundidades de 1,2m a 1,8m, está rodeada de amplios jardines y terrazas y está abierta todo el año.



    Todos los alquileres incluyen ropa de cama y toallas que se cambian semanalmente para estancias superiores a 10 noches. También se incluye la limpieza de final de estancia. Tenemos una gama de servicios opcionales disponibles a un coste adicional y sujeto a disponibilidad - incluyendo paquetes de comida de bienvenida, cunas, tronas, toallas de playa, limpieza adicional, traslados en taxi y mascotas (bajo petición) ...

Más lejos, pero a poca distancia, hay parques acuáticos, acuarios, zoológicos, campos de golf, la hermosa cordillera de Sierra Nevada con fabulosas pistas de esquí durante los meses de invierno y las hermosas ciudades andaluzas de Málaga, Sevilla, Córdoba y Granada. Nerja cuenta con una estupenda red de transporte público - o puede alquilar un coche para descubrir la zona a su propio ritmo.

Lugar familiar adecuado y muy tranquilo

Me ha gustado la ubicación con cercana a la Burriana cerca del balcón de Europa y del centro. La piscina también estaba muy bien y el piso muy acogedor. Siendo también una zona muy tranquila Se podría mejorar lo que es la cerradura de la cancela de la terraza que cuesta mucho trabajo de abrirla los cojines del sofá dos demasiado duros ... Y un sofá que fuera un poquito más cómodo. Un espejo de cuerpo entero vendría muy bien para mirarte antes de salir

Family Trip

Perfect location for easy access to everything you need to see in Nerja. Apartment is spacious, well equipped & in a very peaceful, quiet location. Gorgeous little private terrace beside the pool. The team in Nerjaparadiserentals were amazing as always. Will definitely book this apartment again As a female, a full length mirror would be a fab addition

Winter break

We had a great stay here. The apartment had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, and really well set up for a holiday. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. As usual, the Nerja Paradise Team were fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions. We would happily come back again and definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Great location for a quick stay

The location is perfect, a sweet spot between beach and town! The apartment itself was very clean with new bathrooms & kitchen fitted. It was the little things like having no wine glasses, plenty of plates but very few bowls, 1 tea-towel in the kitchen. We were a family of 4 so these small things are important when you’re using the balcony for drinks & lunchtime.

Great accommodation in great location

This accommodation was ideal for our family. The place was done to a high standard and with access to the pool as well as locality to shops, restaurants, town and the beach it was an all round perfect spot. The service provided by Nerja paradise rentals was excellent, very responsive and helpful and always checking everything was ok. I would certainly recommend.

Apartment El Califa 3 was a very secure property and had everything and more if required

The shower room was very compact and versatile, only thing I thought was missing was a small shelf beside sink to put shaving things on whilst shaving, lotions, aftershave, eau de perfume, although the bathroom furniture under sink keeps things hidden and tidy.

Very nice stay in a very nice apartment.

The apartment was perfect: well equipped, good beds, nice living room and a fine terrass. The garden outside was super with pool and nice sun chairs. Possibly the sofa in the living-room.

Location was perfect the apartment was nicely furnished with all amenities. Nice small welcome pack and fresh flowers on table on arrival. Office local in case of any problems Ask the owners of the property next door to not leave their dog for hours on end to bark- very annoying but not the dogs fault

Great location very clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in a fab location for walking round the town, possible parking is available and a car will give so many more places to see, the entry and exit of apartment is very easy with all the information provided. spotlessly clean and comfortable the team are on hand if needed, highly recommended. A long mirror on a wall would be a good addition.

Nerja El Califa

The apartment in Nerja was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. It was easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The apartment itself was very clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. Communication with the host was smooth and professional, and check-in was simple and convenient. Overall, everything was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily return in the future. Maybe one large mirror in the bedroom to check the full outfit.

Great Apartment- lovely staff

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. In a great position. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we had a couple of water issues early on but thankfully resolved efficiently. Outside of their control were a number of issues that did detract from our experience but I’m told that are being dealt with by the owner of the building next door. We enjoyed it enough to book for two more visits! Staff are lovely. Nothing that we’ve not told you about

Lovely Stay at Apartment Califa

Just back from our second say at Apartment Califa. Again a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless, perfect location near to Burriana Beach, The Balcon and shops, and is very well equipped and has everything you need. Nerja Paradise Rentals are a pleasure to deal with, helpful and responsive and answer any questions quickly. We had a fabulous time. Please replace the pillows in the main bedroom - they were flat, lumpy and hard and affected our !!
