Picture this: step outside your door, turn left, walk just 80 metres… and stretch out on the beach. Alternatively, return home to relax on your shaded terrace with a refreshing glass of sangria while overlooking the community pool. City life or laid-back leisure—it’s all possible here. The apartment is ideally situated on Calle Carabeo, one of Nerja’s most sought-after streets.



If you prefer to explore Andalusia without driving, guided excursions are easy to arrange, and public transport is readily available from the bus station, only 800 metres away.



The apartment is located on the first floor and offers a bright, spacious open-plan living and dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. For your comfort, it is fitted with air conditioning, heating, and a TV with international channels.



IMPORTANT NOTE – FERIA DE NERJA (OCTOBER)

During the second week of October (approximately 4–5 days), Nerja celebrates its annual Feria. The town centre fills with beautifully decorated casetas (temporary marquee tents), lively music, traditional Sevillanas dancing, flamenco dresses, horses, and a festive atmosphere with sherry, manzanilla wine, and tapas.



While this is a wonderful cultural experience, there are a few practical considerations:



•Calle Carabeo will be closed to traffic from a few days before and throughout the fair, meaning the nearby private parking will not be available.

•If you arrive by car, you may look for street parking in the surrounding areas, or we can offer free alternative parking at Marina Turquesa Apartments (approximately 1.5 km away).

•Some noise from the fair (music and festivities) may be noticeable. Although the apartment is at a reasonable distance from the main fairgrounds and disturbance is usually limited, absolute silence cannot be guaranteed.
