Lovely house with private pool in Burriana!

Welcome! This villa is located in the popular area of Burriana in Nerja, just 700 meters from the beach. "Pueblo Jerez", as the house is called, offers air-conditioned accommodation with a private pool and a view of a green area and beautiful mountains.

The towncenter and Balcon de Europa are 1.8 km away and has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is a Weber charcoal grill to use. Pets are welcome, but smoking is not allowed.

The accommodation consists of two apartments, the larger of which is on two floors. The lower floor includes a kitchen, an open-plan living room and a terrace with a view of the green area. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. There is also a fireplace and Smart TV. On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed, an "en suite" bathroom and terrace with a view.

The smaller apartment is just as well equipped, although everything is on the same floor. Kitchen and living room in one with a terrace facing the green area outside. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be used as a bed for two people. Here is also a fireplace and Smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed and an "en suite" bathroom.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
