"Outside property was dirty and smelly. A lot of semi trucks parked in odd spots and really close to interstate so expect a lot of traffic noise. Lobby smelled old, front desk staff was ok, nothing to really brag about. Area that was supposed to be snack store was pathetic to say the least, but luckily the area has a lot of stores and restaurants to choose from. Room was nice size, housekeeper did a poor job at cleaning because there was crumbs in the chair at the desk, hair in the bathroom...

"Yes the light fixture was hanging in the one room it was like that when we arrived I took a picture and all the windows were unlocked an there was a small cigarette like burn on the comforter in the room with the two beds I took a picture of that as well other wise the home is perfect Thank you! We are enjoying our time and plan to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool "

"Even though we booked through Expedia a warning that they had no power would have been nice so we were not scrambling to find another hotel. Staff laughed it off and said we could sleep in the cold dark rooms until power was eventually restored. Not very professional about the situation. This is a shame as we have stayed there before and thoroughly enjoyed it, but now we will never stay there again and hopefully more prospective patrons will follow suit."

"When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food...

"Had a room at the end of the hall which was perfect since we had our dog with us. It was quiet and clean. Staff was really friendly as well. "

"Parking was easy and accessible. Room was clean. The stopper for the bathtub didn’t hold water which makes bathing children a challenge — not everyone showers. The stairwell didn’t get vacuumed the 3 days we were there. "

"The front desk staff and our waitress at the hotel restaurant (dinner) were friendly and helpful and patiently answered any questions that we had. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only thing missing was a blanket, which we got from the front desk when we got cold during the night. I appreciated the magnified makeup mirror in the bathroom! "
