Spend your mornings strolling to the famous shores of Shoal Bay Beach, where calm blue waters, cafés and waterfront dining await. Family-friendly Little Beach, local playgrounds and scenic coastal walking paths are also within easy reach, while Nelson Bay Marina, boutique shopping, restaurants, markets, and dolphin and whale-watching cruises are only a short drive away.

Inside, the home’s bright and playful coastal interiors create an immediate holiday atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area brings the family together, with a large television and indoor fireplace making it equally appealing for relaxed evenings and cosy winter escapes. The well-equipped kitchen includes quality appliances, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.

Outside is where this home truly shines. Cool off in the private heated swimming pool, share an alfresco meal or settle into the covered cabana while enjoying the outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue, pizza oven, television and fireplace. PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR - Groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 7 guests.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Extra costs you can select when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND- $1000 is payable 14 days prior to your arrival and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with external security cameras

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
