"Our family of 5 (two adults, three teens) absolutely loved our penthouse stay! We were in town for our nephew’s tennis tournament, and wanted a better experience than a hotel room. This is one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless and gorgeous! The highlights were the jacuzzi tub, the sunset views, and the cozy couch with the candle vibes! "We enjoyed the stay very much location was great. My son goes to Western Michigan University. It was just a few cleanliness issues that I would address around the toilets and the behind the seats there was old urine. baseboards were a little dirty but other than that everything else was great."

"Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response."

"Very clean, nice amenities. The house looks recently renovated and it was a very pleasant stay. The porch was fantastic for enjoying the view and the breeze. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed for making meals. Kyle was very responsive.I didn't think about the fact that Pine Lake is an all-sports lake, meaning power boats, but when we were there there weren't many boats out. Just something to be aware of, and nothing to do with the listing or hosts. I just need to pay...
