"I have never been to a more mismanaged and more misguided hotel in my life (and that says a lot as I travel quite a bit). The property is on the lake side of a highway with no crossing directly available, so you need to wither croas by the over-road bridge 200m to the right or pedestrian crossin 300m to the left wirh no pavement anywhere. Key features: - Reception doesn't care about guests at all. - Cleaners might come or not, unless you ask multiple times for it. - AC either doesn't work or...

"The reception staff were really polite and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The restaurant is reasonably priced for evening meals but the service is mediocre. The hotel lacks a proper bar, a glaring omission. There is a bus stop (Dorna) directly outside the hotel with a frequent service to Constanza. (Recommend weekly ticket)."
