Welcome to your perfect beachfront getaway at the Summerwinds complex on Navarre Beach. Sleeps 10. This upscale and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom end-unit condo sits on the 8th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic views of both the emerald waters, white sandy beaches and the tranquil Sound. Step out onto the private wraparound balcony and enjoy sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing meals at home, and there's a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. For families traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and stroller are provided.

The master bedroom features a King bed and full bath with large tub and walk in shower, The second bedroom has a Queen bed with full bathroom. The third bedeoom has a Queen over Queen bunk bed with access to the shared full bath.

The unit was very well stocked. Only issue was elevators were down all day long one day. Even though we had a 2 day notice, we had wedding events we had to go to. 2 handicapped people were stuck in the room on the 8th floor and couldn't get out of the room.

Wonderful!

Check in was very smooth and communication with property manager was excellent. We had an issue with a TV and they came out quickly. Condo was clean and just as listing stated. We loved having extra beach towels in the room. The washer had a strange odor but we left the lid open and it seemed to go away. The kitchen pans could use an upgrade and maybe a few more towels for bathrooms. Over all, we would definitely stay here again! We stay at Summerwind every year because we prefer the proximity to the pier and restaurants. One elevator was not functional off and on but that is no fault to the property management of this unit.

Great condo

It was our first time at Navarre Beach and we loved Sea Esta! Very nice and clean condo! I did have to use a step-stool to get in the bed in the queen room because I’m short, but we found one in the kitchen closet so it worked out perfect. Chad and the others were super nice and accommodating.

Condo was clean! Had enough starter supplies to get us through the week. Literally had everything for beach time fun, including beach towels. Can’t say enough positives about our stay here. Hope to be back soon!

Navarre Family Beach trip

Very large condo complex with good amenities. The elevators in this West building had multiple issues but otherwise, common areas were well maintained and clean. The unit itself has a wonderful view and is decorated very nicely. The table only seats 4 so is a little small for 8 adults and only 2 chairs are included in the beach service. There were plenty of towels, and the fishing rods and folding beach chairs in closet were super nice. The balcony is very nice but could use s table..

Wonderful place and location. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Boys had their own bathroom, girls had theirs and we had ours. Everything you could possibly need is provided in the kitchen for cooking. I’d highly recommend doing a grocery delivery the day you arrive! We used Walmart. So nice to just get the delivery and be stocked up for the week. Get laundry detergent, dish soap and paper towels, if you are staying the week. The views are just as the pictures show but the best part is, the way the condo is situated there is not a single part of the day where the sun is on your balcony so you can enjoy the shade and breeze all day. Also you can see your kids whether if they’re at the pool or the beach. We used SOS with phone lights in the evening to communicate from Beach to balcony. They loved that. Communication was excellent with management and we even had the opportunity to check in early. In one of the bedrooms, the closets have beach toys, boards, chairs and some fishing items. They have all that you’d need if you had an infant or toddler as well! Kitchen booster, pack n play, stroller. We may have to bring the grandbabies next time! They had beach towels for the day and we would just wash them each day. Having beach service for 4 was amazing. We never once had to carry stuff down. The water is beautiful and we loved being in between Pensacola and Walton Beach because we had outings at both location!

Awesome Condo

We have stayed in Navarre several times in years past and this is the best condo we’ve had. My son loves to fish at the pier and it is within walking distance. The condo has everything imaginable. There were even a couple of like new fishing rods although we didn’t need them. Our son is active military serving in Okinawa in the USAF and this was a perfect getaway to spend time with him before he heads back overseas. Will definitely be our first choice to rent the next time we visit Navarre.

Piece of Heaven

We stayed here October 15th - 22nd, everything was beautiful. The condo was very well maintained with many upgraded features. It was also extremely well stocked with beach amenities, everything we could ask for and much more. The views were amazing and we really look forward to staying in this exact unit for years to come. After over 25 years of visiting the entire panhandle I believe we finally found the best place to stay from here on.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Beautiful view and perfect location - we could walk to a great local coffee spot, restaurants, beach and pier. We all did this everyday easily and ages ranged from 17 to 80. Weather was perfect and condo had plenty of beach toys, chairs etc. Firsf time to Navarre Beach and won’t be out last

Love Summerwind, but.....

I had asked a couple questions in a text after arriving. One was that we needed another parking pass as requested on the agreement. Was told one would be dropped off, that didn't happen. In the same text, I asked if there was a trick to opening the bedroom slider door, wasn't even addressed. Last but not least....we had been locked out, the battery in the door died. Overall time spent outside the door waiting was over 2 hours. The property manager comes all bubbly, not what you want after a few hours on the hot beach. I mentioned about compensation, she said "well, I can give you $100 back". I said that's all?, her response was, "well, things happen". I had to walk away. I haven't heard a word, haven't received anything & left there on 8/19.
