"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "

"Absolutely loved it here! Property is beautiful, staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Our room was perfect, with the waves crashing right below us.
