While a rental car is recommended for exploring beyond Baha Mar, guests can easily walk to the Baha Mar Resort (1 minute walk) to access its many restaurants, casino, shops, and entertainment:

Please note: Exterior enhancements are currently underway on the east side of the building (Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm). All guest units, including this penthouse, are located on the west side facing Baha Mar, well away from the renovation area. There is no impact on your room or access to any amenities; your comfort remains our top priority. For added peace of mind, the suite uses a privacy-safe Minut device to monitor noise and environment (decibel only, no recording).

Please do remember, this is a family building, please be respectful to the other owners. Remember, you are sharing the premises with owners who take pride in their home, we do ask that you follow these simple house rules:

*QUIET HOURS: please refrain from making noise after 11 PM till 8 AM

*PARTIES: parties are not permitted in any of our suites

*SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in our suites under any circumstances

*LOBBY AREA: guests must be covered when entering and leaving the lobby area for the beach or pool

*SAND: please use the outdoor shower when exiting the beach to rinse off any sand before entering the building & use the showers in the pool area to rinse off before entering the pool; please also dry off before entering the lobby

*HALLWAYS: please do not leave any shoes or bags in the hallways outside of your suite

*BEACH & POOL AREA: no glassware is allowed in these areas, please only use plastic & paper products. We also kindly ask you clean up any garbage to keep the areas clean for other guests & residents to enjoy

*GARBAGE: each floor has a garbage container located in the staircase

Wow! Private Paradise

A massive oceanfront penthouse suite and terrace. Can't get a better location with private beach and full access to Baha Mar resort just steps away. Beach has fine white sand and crystal clear, calm water. The unit has been renovated with an incredible executive kitchen. The massive oceanfront terrace is absolutely over the top. It is a very old condo property and there is no grandiose entrance, lobby or amenities which we don't care about anyway. We had a family of 5 with our "kids" ages from 18-24, but this unit could easily accommodate 10 people. We had our airport driver stop by the local grocery and beverage stores enroute to the property. We stocked up on breakfast and lunch foods as well as alcohol to last us for our entire 6 day trip. The unit was so spacious. Our family loved just hanging around the penthouse and the terrace area. Was like a resort in and of itself. Took our time to getting up in the morning, making breakfast and hitting the beach or other activities we had planned for the afternoon. The owners went out of their way to provide everything you need. When we arrived the unit had a fully stocked fridge and beverage coolers as well as a massive fruit basket, charcuterie board, beer, sodas, eggs, bacon, bagels, cereals, coffee and juices. The property has a nice pool and small fitness room that gets the job done.

Beautiful property

Stunning and well stocked unit. Staff very helpful! There were a few things that went wrong like the water went out for several hours due to a busted boiler (not the owners fault!) or housecleaning not showing up as requested one day. That said, Sarah was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout...the water got fixed and housekeeping showed up like 5 mins after I texted about the issue. My wife and agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat

Nice Penthouse

We had a nice stay at Sulgrave Manor. The unit was well equipped with everything you might need. The kitchen was stocked with water and beverages and we even had complimentary breakfast items upon arrival a really nice cheese tray. Winnie was very nice and helpful and the communication was easy. I also met the owner, who lives just next door. He was quick to help with a tv issue and very nice as well. Only down side was the noise and the overall condition of the building itself. The building is undergoing a very much needed renovation and unfortunately this was not disclosed at the time of booking. This unit is right next to the stair/elevator shaft and every time the elevator was in use (which was a lot) you could hear it. The automatic hinge on the door to the stairway was also very noisy. I'd also like to mention that the unit has a semi frosted window that looks into the hallway of the building. I think this also contributed to the daily noise and didn't offer total privacy. It was just a little strange. We used the pullout sofa for my son, but there is no powder bath in the unit... so he had to share our bathroom. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning for anyone with multiple guests. The beach is completely private and very quiet in front of the building. There are only two small thatched umbrellas and a few lounge chairs. We walked next door to Baha Mar for lunch and dinners. Overall it was a nice stay.

PARADISE

My family of 4 stayed for 11 days and it was absolutely wonderful. The Condo was amazing and has everything you need. The beach was great and so close to Baha Mar which is convenient if you don't want to cook every meal or just to go grab a drink while on the beach. We had a great time and would definitely go back.

3 Night Get Away to Bahamas w/ Family

The entire experience from booking, checking into the unit, the beauty and comfort of all the rooms, and the hospitality of the team from assistance with luggage, to the lovely welcome gifts, to picking up a requested shopping list, the people and place were SO NICE and FIRST CLASS! The unit is truly steps away on the beach from Baha Mar, the view of the ocean from the terrace is second to none, we were able to have some amazing experiences with dining, casino, and discounted water park passes. There is SO much space to not feel crowded, and we were able to come and go as we pleased, the area seemed very safe and path across street to Baha Mar was well marked, passing tennis and pickle ball courts on way to main resort entrance. Thanks to Rob, Sarah, Winnie, Archer and everyone who made our family get away one we’ll always remember - we’ll definitely be back! 😀🌴
