"Well I chose this hotel because of its goods reviews about breakfast and I can confirm now. The breakfast crew was awesome, very helpful, and even going above and beyond to make people feel home. Hyatt Place Nashville Downtown
"I was not happy with the hotel I booked my room with a king bed paid for a king bed room when I arrived to check in I was told the changed my reservation to two queen beds because they had to even out the hotel and they were over booked. . If I wanted two queen beds I would have booked that kind ..."

"Hotel was very nice and clean, all staff was great. The restaurant downstairs has great bar and good food options. The only problem I have is at checkout there was an additional charge on my card from restaurant that no one could explain to me."
