This apartment is on the third floor and can be accessed by stairs only. There is no elevator in the building.



Please park in the private parking lot behind the building. If there are no more spots, you can park in front of the building. Please be sure you are not parking near a fire hydrant.



The trash can outdoors is at the back of the parking lot.



Please read all the house rules before booking. This apartment is only available to book for people living outside of Middle TN. No locals allowed. Strictly no smoking of any kind inside or around the apartment. You will be asked to leave and charged additional fees.

I came for a week of lab work for school, I didn’t use this as a place to vacation so I can’t say how close it is to all the tourist things. The only negative I have to say is that it was too cold to use the beautiful balcony with the hammock outside! It’s a small space but perfect for what I needed. Close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. I will say the duct work is a little noisy when things turn on and off, but that doesn’t bother me, I can sleep through almost anything. Loved that laundry was in the unit, I didn’t have to pack for everyday as I could wash clothes midweek and night before I left so I go home with clean clothes! I couldn’t get into the unit at first, but the host was quick to respond and reset the door code, technology at its finest!

Wonderful place to stay for two guests in a safe neighborhood close to several restaurants, bars, coffeeshops (many within walking distance) and a short drive to downtown Nashville. The property was clean and well appointed with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities (dishes/cookware, silverware, soaps, towels, etc. Free onsite parking was also a bonus. The host was communicative and friendly. Check in/check out instructions were clear and super easy breezy. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the Nashville area.

We stayed at this charming unit for 4 nights! It was just as pictured with everything we needed! The Nations was very charming and we loved taking walks throughout the community every morning. Breakfast downstairs at Stay Golden was so convenient and amazing! Definitely would stay here again!
