You'll enter the condo development through a code-secured entrance. The condo itself is all one-level living with an open concept kitchen and living room! Make sure that you check out the balcony, too! The master suite is right off of the living space and is complete with a cozy king size bed.
Neighborhood:
Located in the rapidly growing area of Wedgewood, the suite's building is ultra accessible to the comforts and necessities of the city and only 2 short miles from downtown. It's also walking distance to Houston Station with several local business and restaurants to explore. If you are looking for a trendy, comfortable, and convenient place to call home for the next several months, this striking space fits the mold!
Parking:
There is permit parking available for one vehicle.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking and no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Guest Access:
Guests will have 100% private access to the entire condo! Don't forget that you'll be able to utilize the fitness center and lounge as well.
The Neighborhood:
Wedgewood-Houston is a small but established urban neighborhood located just 2 miles South of downtown Nashville. Don't forget that it's walkable to eats and activities! Wedgewood Houston is likely Nashville’s most actively changing and growing community.
Getting Around:
No rental car needed with this location - walk to several local restaurants, shops, and even a distillery! Lyft/Uber to downtown Nashville and visit the famous Honky Tonks, Ryman Auditorium, Bridgestone Arena, and Country Music Hall of Fame in 3-5 minutes!!

Damage Waiver: You are renting a private home. Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home. We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay. In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee. Here’s how it works:

It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay. Great little neighborhood. Quiet building. Easy parking. Good access to downtown and major highways. Would recommend staying here. I think the property management company is the best. Extremely prompt and responsive to any requests. I would give them more than 5 stars!
