Close to Vanderbilt University and its hospital, it’s perfect for couples, families, or remote work. This thoughtfully designed bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen, inviting living spaces, and high-speed internet for seamless connectivity, ensuring your comfort and convenience.

Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadie’s. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

We needed a small, affordable space for a 2 night, weekend getaway to Nashville & wanted a little something more than a hotel. Booking was easy, description and images were accurate. Property was clean, comfortable and charming! Had a great time, thank you!

Close to Belmont. Very clean. There are two routes to get to the parking behind the unit. Taking the one via 11th ave is easier than the route close to the apartments on the west side because cars are parked along the street. There is also parking in front of the unit depending on time of day. Hosts were great to deal with.

Great place to stay quiet , clean and location was great for us . Parking is ok it a good thing there is additional parking in back . But if the other tenant had more then on vehicle there would be a problem due to the other parking is in the rd in front of the house and it gets packed . Also this is a duplex there is two apartments on this site

This duplex in a transitional neighborhood was all we needed for our quick family visit to Nashville. The beds were comfy, property was easy to get to with off street parking a bonus. It is an active neighborhood close to police and fire stations so bring your white noice machine. The kitchen was very well equipped and we saved on dining by cooking in some. Single concern was the deadbolt that barely bolts- but since it’s a safe-ish neighborhood, we weren’t terribly worried.

This property had everything that I needed for the short stay I had in Nashville for a work trip. It was properly, plentifully and beautifully stocked; everything was comfortable and I would absolutely stay here again. My only complaint was that there were many cockroach killer/baits that were exposed and visible... the warning on the baits say to keep away from dogs and as a dog-friendly listing I do believe they should find a safer form of pest control or keep the baits in areas that aren't accessible to dogs. Other than that... 5 stars!!! :)

This bungalow is right off a bike path near Belmont College. It is 10 minutes to Greenhills and 7 min in the other direction to venues like the Canary Hall. The management team was very helpful! We had a great time!

Location was nice to be near downtown Nashville. Urban Bungalow was cozy ,We talked to management with some issues that need improvement on ( but didn't affect our stay) Had great time ,will return .

Property manager checked in regularly. Plenty of towels and linens. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, silverware, glassware, etc. updated appliances. Beds comfortable. Neighborhood is nice. Neighbors are respectful. One suggestion would be to have a couple of tv trays.

Home was clean and well kept. Advertised as a "house" so a little disappointed to find it a duplex. Check in pin didnt work so had to call to be let in. Property managers were prompt and courteous the 2 times we needed them. No TV in master so if you're used to falling asleep to TV you'll need to utilize the sofa bed in the living room. Overall a good stay, was quiet and clean.
