Perfect for two guests. The Loft at Oak Hill in Fairview is just a little over a mile from I-40, 30 minutes west of Downtown Nashville or Historic Franklin.

A great place to stay - while on business, in town for the big game, just passing through, or visiting the beautiful areas of Williamson County and Tennessee.

This large studio apartment is above a three-car garage on five acres of a wooded hillside. Please note that steps are involved.

Guests enter through a private entry which includes a full kitchen, dishes/utensils, microwave, coffee maker (fresh coffee and creamers provided), washer and dryer, and comfortable queen bed.

Free Wi-Fi. We provide Amazon Prime Video, Samsung TV, and local channels on the TV. Feel free to sign in with your accounts for other apps. The room temperature is controlled by you. A fan, space heater and sound machine are also provided.

Additional Info:
We live in the Log House next to the apartment. We are quiet people, but country life happens, so you may hear the tractor, us outside, or the garage door open and close. But we think you'll find our place more peaceful and accommodating than a hotel.

We have two sweet dogs on the property. Rosie Jean is the brown one, and Ralphie is the white one. You may hear the occasional barking at the deer/wildlife.

Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
No smoking/vaping on the property (inside or outside).
No pets.
Steps are involved. Sorry, not handicap accessible.

Parking is available in the driveway (two car maximum). The private entrance is located to the left of the garage doors. Just enter the code and you're in! We are in Central Time Zone.
