This apartment is one of eleven that I manage in the same complex. If this one shows unavailable, please go ahead and contact me since I may have another unit available. All of my units are in the same apartment complex and have the same floor model.
Guest access
You have full access to all the apartment complex has to offer. There is a beautiful saltwater pool and a gym next to the leasing office. Enjoy the outdoor park and pavillon with a nice outdoor grill. Please note that I am not responsible if any of the amenities are off season or closed by the management.

*IMPORTANT! Background Check Fee $50 - Please send email address.

Because this rental is for 30 days or more, the management's only request is to run a background check on all occupants staying in the apartment. It is usually completed in 48 hours. It is a very simple form and, so far, I have never had anyone denied. Honestly, unless you have a very serious problem, .. then it is ok to go ahead and book and then send me your email address.
