Have a stay full of lasting memories with the locals and transplants alike in Nashville's most popular downtown neighborhood! This chic apartment is perfectly located near many of the Nashville hot spots you've heard of. Stay close enough to the action to be the first in line at Biscuit Love or walk to your reservations at some of Nashville's most well-known eateries. Either way, the shops, boutiques, and entertainment will give you ample opportunity to stretch your legs and explore the best of what Nashville has to offer all within a few blocks. You will love your stay in our home and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it!

This apartment features an open-concept dining and living area with a private patio so you can relax from the bustling activity the Gulch offers! To the kitchen's right is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails!

We provide our guests with a washer/dryer so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville easily, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it!

The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the left of the open-concept living room, with a modern and bright feel and a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2, the bed is a plush foam queen with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time!

The guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is to the right of the living space, with a sunny view to the patio, has a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms with their own private bathroom experience.

My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home!


Additional sleeping arrangements include a twin air mattress, and the couch converts into a twin/full bed.

Long weekend in Nashville

Had a long weekend in Nashville with my husband and his brother and sister-in-law. The unit was the perfect fit for us. Each couple had their own room and bathroom which was nice for getting ready. Location was great and plenty of places to walk to for food and entertainment in the Gulch neighborhood. Quick Uber ride to Broadway. Amanda was easy to work with and very responsive to our requests/questions during our stay. Had a slight issue with using the app for getting into the unit but Amanda was on it and handled the issue immediately. We would stay here again.

Great condo and location

We just spent 4 nights in this perfect condo. From the get-go our communication with Amanda was great, very responsive and informative. We arrived on Friday afternoon, and could not have been happier with the condo. It was perfect size for our party. It has two good sized bedrooms, both queen beds which were amazingly comfortable. Both bedroom have their own bathroom, one with double vanity and the other with single, good sized closets. The kitchen is decently stocked, has all the necessities, we cooked breakfast each morning before heading out. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax in the condo, the patio was nice to sit and people watch. We used the pool one afternoon, very easy access, there is also a good sized exercise room in the building. You can get free coffee in the AM in the community room, nice feature, also had tea or hot chocolate. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the Broadway area, if that is what you want, other good restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the condo building. The entire check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. All of us really enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend this condo, could not have been happier with everything.

The Best Location!

The apartment was exactly as listed but had a new couch. The property owners were kind and there to answer our questions via email. Almost everything we wanted to do was a short walk from where we were located. Check in/out process was smooth and we were very pleased with our stay.

Such a disappointment

A friend and I stayed a short 4 day vacay get away to enjoy live country entertainment and good food for the weekend…. We hoped to have had a successful stay in this VRBO but we were throughly disappointed. There were several concerns pertain to this property. The list includes….1. Non stocked kitchen. It has the bare minimum but mostly they didn’t have wine glasses or a wine opener. Had to go purchase kitchen items. 2. It was NOT ‘COVID’ clean.. all around the floor boards there was dust, dirt and hair particles from previous visitors. 3. The bathroom sink faucet made a loud horrific sound that pierced your ears when in use. 4. The toilet lid was broke and about to fall off. 5. The bed comforter had dark brown stains on it when the duvet cover slipped off the end. 6. A cute blue couch that was pleasing to the eyes but you couldn’t dare sit on due to its lack of cushion and comfort (great for holding personal items) 7. Returning from a night out, we were locked out of our unit and had to troubleshoot with a person via phone to get us back in our unit at 1am. 8. No access to Wifi which forced us to visit the local coffee place to do work. 9. Not able to wear many of my outfits due to there not having a iron and ironing board available. 10. Not able to sleep on the roll out cot due to the pee stains. (Gross) After our stay, I reached out to the management to discuss all the trouble and concerns about the unit. Although she listened to my words , gave us $150 cleaning credit but faulted and shamed me for not reaching out during our stay. She expected us to sit around the apartment in order to wait for a repair person to fix the bathroom issues. We should have requested and us wait to have her supply and stock the kitchen with items that should have been there in the first place. Or she wanted us to allow people in the unit to allow these items to be fixed. Mind you, there was no lock/safe box to have left your personal possessions safe (jewelry, electronics, money ect…) My next stay in Nashville will definitely NOT be in this VRBO or with this management/owner ever again. The best thing about this place is the location and that’s about it!!
