Designed for a romantic getaway, this Nashville Riverfront Lofts hotel-style suite features a plush king-size bed, a seating area for relaxation, and all the essentials for a stress-free stay. While there’s no full kitchen, you're just moments from Nashville’s top restaurants, making it easy to indulge in local flavors before settling in for a cozy movie night.

Located in a historic 1875 Nashville Riverfront Lofts building, this suite offers easy access to:

- Broadway’s Honky Tonk Highway, Ryman Auditorium, & Cumberland Riverwalk

Other Things to Note:
- No windows in this suite due to the building’s historic design.
- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows. - Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.
- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Great location.

Check-in was easy. The location was amazing. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. The host was responsive, but unfortunately, the AC was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep. It was room #4. Otherwise, great experience. Thank you.

Location Location Location and Quiet!

So glad we found this gem of a place… located a crawl away from Category 10 and Broadway. We stayed in the 2 person room… it’s almost like a dorm room but very comfortable and quiet. There were no windows but we just needed a place to sleep and shower! Perfect! Saved so much on Uber rides. This was a great find and we will be back!! Also really appreciated the management for letting us extend our stay when tornado warnings delayed our plans!!

Location! Location! Location!

We will be spoiled by this location. It is conveniently located near lower Broadway. Checking in was easy, codes all worked as stated. A couple of hints for this place. Yes, there are no windows. We were barely in the room so for us it didn't matter. You can hear people upstairs walking and there was also the sound of a car (weird). Not sure if there is a garage on the back side or something. A couple other things that we didn't even bother telling the host because we bring our own toiletries. The on-wall shower gel was out when we were there. If you bring your own, you are good. The lighting is not the greatest so bring your own makeup mirror with a light. There are only lamps. That's it.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here during our trip to Nashville and really enjoyed everything. The building is within walking distance of so many things which was perfect. The building is very secure and clean along with the room. Would highly recommend this place!

Just the basics!

We chose this based on the location and it was 10/10! It is steps away from everywhere youre going! There are no windows in the room so be prepared but it was great fo sleeping in! Everything you need and nothing more! We will definitely book again nect ti e.

Great little spot

We had a blast in Nashville & we’re so happy we found this little hidden gem to stay in. Small room, similar to a hotel or interior cabin on a cruise ship. No windows/view but you can’t beat the location. We’ll be back

Location Location Location! This room is just what you need to visit Nashville. It’s in the perfect spot, and we don’t need a kitchen or living room anyway. Clean,.... nice having the fridge and microwave.

Great downtown location

We had a wonderful time at the Riverfront Lofts. It is the perfect location, in the heart of downtown, and walking distance to everything. The front entrance to the building is right on the main street with lots of action and fun outside, yet the rooms are nice and quiet. The hotel-esque room was a good size for the 2 of us for our 2 night stay, and was very clean. Brittainy was extremely responsive to all of my questions pre-arrival and accommodated our early arrival and late check out. One thing to note is that the room was window-less. Didn't bother us at all, but nice to know. We would absolutely stay here again.
