To ensure a safe, comfortable, and high-quality experience for all guests, the following terms and conditions apply to every reservation:
Responsibility for Damages Guests accept full financial responsibility for any damage to the property, furnishings, or common areas, as well as any violations of these House Rules. Charges will be assessed as necessary to restore the property.
Minimum Age Requirement The individual making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must remain present for the duration of the stay.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance and, if granted, are subject to a fee of $25 per hour. Unauthorized late departures that interfere with housekeeping operations will incur additional charges.
Local Guest Restrictions Reservations from guests residing within the local area are not permitted without prior written approval. The host reserves the right to cancel such bookings at its discretion.
Prohibited Activities Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum fine of $1,000, in addition to all costs associated with cleaning, deodorization, and repairs.
Occupancy Limits Only the number of guests specified in the reservation are permitted to occupy the unit overnight. Unauthorized occupants constitute a violation of this agreement.
Parking & Safety Compliance Guests must park exclusively in designated areas. Blocking fire lanes, access points, or other vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate towing at the vehicle owner’s expense, without notice.
Property Access Control & Building Monitoring For the safety and security of all occupants, any individual entering the property may be required to provide the name on the reservation and corresponding room number. Failure to comply may result in denied access.
Personal Property Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Any items left behind after departure may be discarded, as storage and return cannot be guaranteed.
Pet Policy Pets are not permitted unless expressly authorized in writing. Unauthorized animals will result in a $500 fine. Guests traveling with service animals are requested to notify the host in advance.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Guests assume all risk of loss, injury, or damage arising from their use of the premises and its facilities and agree to hold the host harmless to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Agreement & Enforcement By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these House Rules. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property without refund, and assessment of any applicable fees, damages, or penalties.
Guest Verification Requirement All reservations are subject to completion of a secure guest verification process prior to check-in. Failure to complete this process may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Trash & Cleanliness Guests are required to dispose of all trash in the designated dumpster located in the parking area. Trash left inside or outside the unit will result in a $100 fee.
Housekeeping, Linen Use & Excessive Cleaning Standard cleaning is included; however:
Excessive mess, staining, or misuse of linens/towels will incur additional charges Missing or damaged linens will be billed at replacement cost. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable cleanliness during their stay.
