"It’s wonderful hotel with many restaurants nearby. The Shinagawa Station is across the street, which makes its location excellent. The downside was our room in the Annex’s . It was very worn. Many runs in the carpet. The wall paper was peeling and one chair had tears."

"Nice hotel and big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Futon beds were self set up in the seating area, we didn’t pack up futon each day. Great location next to train - quiet room - and near Tokyo Tower but not near shopping district which was 2 stops away."
