This lakefront estate is set on a beautiful 14 acre vineyard with 360 degrees of breathtaking views of Lake Okanagan, a private beach, and lots of open space to explore.

INSIDE OUR BEAUTIFUL LOG HOME:
The upper levels of this log home are all yours to enjoy, with four bedrooms, three with a queen bed and one with a king. With two and a half baths, your group of up to 8 people will be comfortable.

The kitchen and living room are open concept with a big island, huge windows and patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-top stove, full sized fridge and a dishwasher. There is a BBQ outside, and plenty of space for outdoor dining. Cable and high-speed Wifi are also provided.

OUTDOOR LIVING ON THE VINEYARD:
Enough about the indoor space, chances are you’ll want to relax in the beautiful Naramata bench outdoors with the spectacular view of Okanagan Lake! You have your own huge (2000 square foot) private deck, partially covered for shade, with plenty of patio furniture to keep you comfortable. There is a very large yard, and 3.5 beautiful acres of vines for everyone to enjoy. We are also lucky to have several hundred feet of lakefront! To get down to our private, natural beach you’ll have to take a bit of a walk down our dirt road. It takes about 10 minutes to walk down and there’s a bit of an incline, but well worth it! Great for a morning swim, or to spend all afternoon!

PLEASE NOTE: There is another rental unit on site. Both units have their own outdoor space. We always expect each group to be respectful of each-other, and mindful of noise that may disturb each-other's rest and relaxation.

OUT AND AROUND NARAMATA AND PENTICTON
The Naramata and Penticton area has so much to enjoy. Explore some of the nearby wineries and restaurants for a taste of the best the region has to offer. Enjoy local festivals, weekly farmers markets, wine tours. Explore local boutiques for a sample of some local culture.

If exercise is more your speed, this estate is right along the Kettle Valley Railway trail, with hundreds of kilometres of cycling paths extending across British Columbia. Easy access to the trail is just a short ride away. If mountain biking is more your thing, there are more than a handful of trails nearby at all levels of difficulty. Hit the water for some paddling, boating, fishing or swimming. We are only minutes away from Penticton, conveniently located for the Pentiction Challenge Triathlon, and 40 minutes from Apex Mountain Ski resort. This lakefront home is perfectly located for an active getaway.

Whether relaxing in wine country or training for the Penticton Challenge, this is the ideal place to call home, away from home, for your stay.

Love it love it love it...we loved the house, the location and the view to the lake is unavailable!! Had the opportunity to walk all the way down to the beach which is part of the property...Love it the whole place is amazing! We are definitely going back next year. My mother was extremely happy and had a wonderful time.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. Nestled on the Naramata Bench with an amazing view of the lake. It was far away enough to be a peaceful retreat but still close enough to be connected. The property has its own beach with a 5 min walk down the bluff to a gorgeous private oasis. Breathtaking! Jarrett, the owner, was very attentive and provided instant responses to all of our queries. We will def stay here again next year!!

Spacious Home with Stunning Views

The place is beautiful and spacious. It comfortably fit eight adults and a toddler. The outdoor deck is massive and perfect for relaxing, with an incredible view.

Swindled!! Not worth even $6.75 a night!

We will go back to Penticton but not to SailAway Vineyards again. The property pictures in the listing are from a time long ago when the house, grounds, furniture and appliances were clean and maintained. Everything and I mean everything was dirty and in disrepair. Trash and rubbish greet you at the front door. More of the same awaits you if you happen to look down off the back deck while trying to enjoy the "beautiful view" of the lake. Mouse droppings in the kitchen. The grill is broken and filthy. TV service is turned off. (No batteries in the remote.) The upstairs carpet has numerous stains. Except for the grape vines, the yard is brown, overgrown, and neglected. Refrigerator icemaker is broken. (There was an open, half used bag of ice left for us in the freezer.) I called the owner at what I assumed is his home on Vancouver Island to ask about the ice maker and learned that he had visited/stayed at the property earlier this year so... SailAway Vineyards once was and could again be a great property but, right now, it is most definitely not! If you think my review is harsh email me at jjh@npgcable.com and I'll send you pictures.

Lovely location

We needed a place for four couples and the house was great for that. The beds were really comfortable and everything was very clean. There were some maintenance issues with the house which is why it is not a five star rating.

Amazing getaway for small group of friends!

We had the most wonderful weekend with friends at Lisa & Jarrett’s place. A group of us booked the weekend to celebrate all us turning 40. This place had everything we needed and the view and proximity to the water and vineyards was amazing. We spent so much time on the deck which is huge and has all the table and sitting amenities you could possibly ask for.

Naramata paradise just needs a laundry machine and shower

Great location and beautiful property. Well-appointed kitchen. Great space, inside and out. Stunning views. Lovely private beach. Nice sitting areas inside and out. Jarrett and Lisa were very prompt in answering our questions. Improvements, which we think would be reasonable given the price point. 1) Laundry machines. We were there for 5 days, exercising every day and needed laundry. Didn't even think a house that big would not have it 2) Two showers would be nice. There is one proper shower and one corner tub with a handheld shower at tub level (i.e. not on the wall). A place that comfortably sleeps 8 should have two full bathrooms.

Beautiful views and wonderful porch for enjoying meals and observing sunsets.

The accommodation was wonderful for our needs with a four bedroom and large spaces for the group to enjoy collectively. The stay was very enjoyable. The TV did not work but we did not really care. I highly recommend this gorgeous log home with its fantastic outdoor space.

Fun Rustic Log Cabin

The rustic cabin was very clean and inviting. The home owners were friendly, responsive and accommodating. The views are stunning from the deck. The walk down to the lake is about 10 minutes and steep. Worth it when you arrive! Would definitely stay here again.

wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at Jarrett's and Lisa's beautiful property. It is in an idyllic setting. The house is cool and delightful. Jarrett was incredibly helpful. Their cherries were delicious. We will definitely be returning.

Great location but the place needs TLC

The location and deck were awesome. Unfortunately the comfort and amenities didn’t live up to expectations. The place wasn’t tidy and not everything was functioning properly. The house could use some better seating in the dining table and living room areas. The host did try to help.

Fabulous experience! Not inexpensive but well worth every penny. Roomy, comfortable accommodations Great big deck with spectacular views We had our 3 adult children - 2 with their spouses. Great opportunity to experience Naramata Bench wineries which are otherwise a little off the beaten track

Beautiful Oasis

Incredible views, Epic deck for events!

This property was absolutely stunning. The deck and outdoor furniture were perfect for our outdoor dinners, toasts and gathering. There is definitely space for a bit of a dance party! The place was clean and lots of space to meet our needs. We celebrated my 40 th birthday here and the location was perfect. We were able to tour many nearby wineries and also have some delicious meals back at the house. The beach was a big walk to get to, though it has a lovely desert feel to it and the whole beach was ours! We brought all our floats, a little speed boat and had a perfect day on the water. What an incredible spot. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Response time was sometimes slower, however I think that's part of the laid back lifestyle. My pup also had a great time running around with theirs.

Home needs some TLC for price

We really enjoyed our stay. The deck systems were lovely, the linens and beds were great. At the price the house needs some attention. The bathrooms, kitchen were clean but the inside logs are dusty and dirty, the BBQ needs replacing, the icemaker in the fridge is not working., the dishwasher doesn't clean dishes, the kitchen sink tap doesn't work. The outside decks were so dirty the dirt came into the kitchen and the floors ended up flithy. We were not looking for perfection but I have stayed in many Vrbos and you expect better at that value.
