We tried to cancel 2 days before check in as we left the Penticton area early to allow evacuees to occupy our room, but this host refused a partial refund or cancellation, showing zero flexibility. They even kept our full cleaning fee despite the property never being occupied. By releasing our dates, the host could have rebooked to house local evacuees. Frustrated by the total lack of...
