Don’t miss the opportunity to stay in this beautiful single family house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, game room and private backyard located in Naples Park, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Naples close to Vanderbilt Beach & Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park where you can watch dolphins swim and the most breathtaking sunsets.

There are 5 grocery store within 2 miles (Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Super Walmart and 2 Publix) and Mercato providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The house is located on a quiet street perfect for bike rides, taking dogs for a walk and going for walks.

The following items are provided: Towels, essentials, WIFI, premium cable package, bikes, lawn chairs, washer and dryer.

Beautiful place

The house it's located close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Because of hurricane Ian we found out that many places are still closed but still we found out many things to do and the house provided everything we needed for the beach and daily life.

Naples mini vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The home was exceptionally clean!!! Super location, close to beach and shops. The house includes lots of extras - beach chairs, cooler, bikes...I mean they had it all! Our host were in touch and answered any questions that we had. We highly recommend this home!!!!!! We look forward to staying here again, Thanks Daniela and Massimo

A Gem in Naples Park!

Property was as described in the listing. The house was exceptionally clean and extremely functional. It is very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication between us and the property manager was excellent and they were very considerate of our needs.

Enjoyed the newly renovated house

New appliances and BBQ were a nice surprise. Also had available cruiser bikes for short ride to beach and the public tennis courts. Excellent communication and responsiveness from the owners.

Beautiful property

Updated home in fairly good neighborhood but not great. Some things didn't work including tv and fire pit. Very nice kitchen. Owner had cameras in driveway, front door and kitchen. Be aware that you are being watched and will have no privacy.

Great Florida Vacation

The Naple Swing property was the best! We enjoyed our stay so much we will be going back. We were there for a football camp (FBU) for our high school aged son. We turned it into a family vacation as well. My entire family enjoyed the stay. Our house was just wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for more. The property is close to the beach and with the bikes provided, we were able to gain access to the beach very easy! Our host was the best! When we had a question, she was very quick to respond! Location and more!

If you are looking for a great vacation rental in the Naples areas look no further. This house has everything you need and more. A nicely renovated house in a charming and quiet little community of Naples Park. The owners are very helpful, knowledgeable about the area and very kind. We were in town for vacation/relocation trip and found this property to be ideal in every way. It’s clean, its stylish and it has enough room for 4-6 adults to stay comfortably. The beds are nice and comfy, the furniture in the living room is new and comfortable, the kitchen has all new appliances that function as they should and the pool table was great for the men when the ladies were getting ready for dinner. I can’t say enough good things about “Naples Swing”. After one of our night time walks to the beach (to watch the eclipse of the moon), we spent some time in the back of the property enjoying some drinks, laughs and conversation while the breeze blew in from the nearby ocean. A nice touch in the yard was decorative lighting on the perimeter, the string lighting overhead and the fire pit table. Perfect time of year to use it and we enjoyed it very much. At the end of our trip, we used the laundry area and the detergent that is provided. Oh yeah, did I mention that not only are there beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles and a cooler provided, but that they are all good quality. They’re actually items you’ll want to use! (Especially the chairs) The owner and host Daniela and her husband Massimo were very nice, easy to communicate with and even took us for a tour around the area. This rental property is only a couple minute drive to Mercato, a couple minutes to the beach by bicycle (included) and not too far from the interstate if you’re looking to travel to Bonita Springs, Estero or Ft Myers.

We had an excellent experience staying in this property. The house is located about a mile from Vanderbilt Beach and a mile away from Marcato which has a wonderful selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. The property itself is immaculate. Every room in the house is spotless. The back yard is landscaped beautify, weather you want to use the grill or just hang out on the patio. The house has everything you need and more. The host was very easy to reach and texted me promptly with any questions I had. If you are staying in Naples this is an excellent house for a family or group of friends.

Excellent place to stay

This place was impeccable just like the pictures show. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway with your family. We enjoyed the fenced backyard, pool table, beach accesories and bikes. The house is located close to everything: the beach, shopping malls, restaurants, and 5th avenue. The hosts were very kind and easy to get ahold of for any questions. Definitely a place to be back when we visit Naples again.
